I have been taking both of our cars here for years. Always friendly and fast. Lately, they keep pushing us to buy the membership, which I have to decline every time as we don't use them enough to be something I would take advantage of.I stopped by today and Chris, the guy that always gets the cars, asked me again as usual. When I told him that I wasn't interested for the 100th time, he said that he sees me going there often enough and unless I buy the membership that they would stop taking my car in. He got irritated and asked me to leave as they don't need my business as this place was for members only.I went inside and talked to his manager Alex, which also said the same thing. Basically that the owner has instructed them to sell memberships and that they wouldn't serve regulars on a per needed basis. When I asked to talk or get the owners contact info, they obviously declined.What a joke of a business model. They just lost 2 regular cars as a business, and I will make every effort to let everyone that I know about their poor customer service. No wonder so many bad reviews on Facebook and other sites.

I enjoy my car wash experience every time. I'm always greeted quickly and in a friendly professional manner. Antonio is fantastic, and constantly does a wonderful job washing/cleaning my car. The outside service managers do a great job spot checking/verifying that my car is clean before it's released. I've been a customer on the hand wash program for 6+ months and I'm extremely happy with Club Corners in Crabapple
Took my truck for a basic clean. Got it back and the roof and back window had not been touched. The back window even had bird droppings on it which was plainly visible. The waiting area is nice, and the wait is not too long, but why pay for personal attention when you don't get it. I came back the next day with my car, the auto clean was broken, so I paid $10 more for a hand car wash. Ok, this is going to be good: NOT!~!~ Again, parts of the roof had not been cleaned. You could clearly see where someone had attempted to clean it, but could not reach all the way. For a hand wash, I was severely disappointed, and will not be returning in the future.
We love Mammoth! We have a business vehicle we use for transporting dogs and they do a wonderful job helping us keep it clean and fur-free. We also take our other two cars there and wouldn't go anywhere else!
My family has 4 cars that were on the monthly program. My sons 3DS was stolen from the passenger side door pocket. He has autism and that 3DS was his most prized possession. They did nothing to compensate nor show any real concern. $275 later I had to replace it. They have no idea the two days of agony this caused with no responsibility on their part. Needless to say I canceled all 4 cars on program and plan to spread the word. Disgraceful. Will NEVER go there again.
ive been bringing my cars to mammoth for over 3 years. I always leave satisfied and wit a shiny car. I highly recommend them.
Do not go here. Wrong oil wrong oil filter. Check engine light on brand new car
Mammoth is consistently great! I can always count on my car looking it's best after a visit to Mammoth. If something is not right, they make it right. They also keep their customers connected and update through social media. Great job, Mammoth!
Don't use. Their hours on their door show that they are open 9-5 Monday through Friday. I got their yesterday at 4:15 and they were already closed. They had a sign showing they would be back at 10 the next day. So what happened to hours of 9-5. I had schedule my day around this and then this is what happened. They also don't have voicemail, because I tried calling and couldn't even get to a point where I could leave a message.
