Horrendous experience at this store, will never purchase anything ever again. Purchased brand new TV, got it home to discover a seriously tiny chip in screen. Tried to return and exchange the TV as it was damaged, the Manager said he had to take photo's and send those to the Head Office to investigate, when asked exactly what was there to investigate he replied to see whether you damaged it or we did, when I asked exactly how they were going to investigate that we received no reply and apparently the warranty on the TV does not cover damage??? Then the Sales Assistant who sold us the TV comes over and is practically screaming at us that she would never sell a damaged TV. The manager advised he hoped to have a response for us in a week. Two weeks later, no response, so we called to find out an update, the representative we spoke to said he sent a text to the manager and the manager would get back to us. Two weeks later, still no response from the Manager. Quite Frankly I don't really care about the $540 TV, but the way this company treats its customers is a disgrace. My Credit Card Company covers my purchase and would gladly refund me but I don't believe that the Credit Card Company should have to pay out for what is the Store's responsibility. Shocking Customer Service, Customer is Always Wrong should be their motto, Buyer's Beware!!!
Very good place, if you can't find what your looking for they probably haven't made it yet
I would like to know why their employee parks in the front spot instead of the back area. I'm an older lady and was going into the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and a young man in a red Chevy Blazer tag number RGF91.. rushed to get the first spot by the handicap spot. Then he went in to go to work.
The best store for electronics. They have any computer component you could want while also carrying appliances, televisions and fun toys like RC Helicopters. Make sure you have plenty of time because there is a lot to see. They alo understand the importance of checkout speed as they always have a dozen or more lanes open and an employee dedicated to moving the line quickly. The prices are usually comparable to online stores like amazon and buy.com but without the wait or shipping costs. Great, painless return process as well.

This is the first PUBLIX Bakery who did not have core decorative colors, could not write properly on the cake, and who had no empathy for the customer, and wanted to charge almost 100% more for a pathetic experience.Customer service, first at the bakery and then at customer service was Horrible. Went to get a cake for a High School student who got into Georgia Tech. They did not have the black color, and 2 employees including the Asst Manager said it unfriendly and unapologetically, with the 2nd employee rudely interrupting the Asst Managers conversation. So I guess Georgia Tech does not mean much to this store Because they did have Red, Yellow, but no BLACK! Then I requested them to draw a hat (a rectangle with lines dropping down) and this is the First store out of 20+ Publix cakes who Saud they would charge $8 additional for a $11cake to draw the small rectangle! When I got to check out counter, noticed the writing was not wrapped to the shape! The customer service manager said she did not see anything wrong and was unempathetic..In any case, as a person who spent my early youth at the Lakeland facility and who understood what the Publix culture is (or was?) this is unacceptable. I'm done getting cakes or produce at this location even though it's a 10min walk from my house. I don't feel welcome, and certainly hope the bakery team at 1215pm today and the customer service manager get training to be more empathetic and friendly. Or transferred out if this store.
Beware of these 3 Rude People, Mimi Huynh, Krishna and her associate in Computer section - also Asian, who claims to be the manager of that section - They lie saying an item is not available, or a discount is not available and then they argue - The Over all Manager is nice guy (great guy), but then if these individuals don't represent what you and FRYs value for - why keep them around - Thanks to the Overall Manager and Brandon - My day was saved.
Great customer service at this publix in particular very friendly and helpful workers at this particular publix
While smaller than your average Publix, you will still be able to find everything you need! The pharmacy is very quick, and the employees go out of their way to assist you.
Had a great experience in this store! I wish my local Kroger was like this one! A great deli, sushi bar, and salad bar. Also fresh poultry!
First review I have written about a store but figured it needed to be done. I will start off with please read the comments on this page (I did not before going). The costumer service is indeed just not here. Firstly, I ventured to the video games department in hopes to find a limited edition console for myself and my girlfriend (been searching high and low for it since release date). I was so happy to have found two copies at the store and quickly shot my significant other a text with a picture in high hopes that our search was done and we would be able to both have one. Sadly, the item was a one per costumer deal and I knew I could leave with just one and have her reserve the other till she got off work. So after walking the gaming isles back and forth waiting for someone to open a case (the front desk of the area was empty for 10+ minutes) I found a lady. I asked to purchase the console and so she and I walked over to the case. The lady then went into how the store does not condone ebay resellers and how she went into putting stickers on the fronts of the consoles to deter people from buying. I just brushed the random comment aside and asked if I could put the last one on reserve for my girlfriend. She told me she would have to call up there fast to have it held. So we went to the front desk and she asked the usual information before purchasing from fry's. Then randomly she went into saying "You are going to sell this on Ebay aren't you?". The first time ever has an associate profiled me. I myself work for a pharmacy chain and no way in the world would I be able to keep my job if I were to tell a costumer "you are going to get high on these drugs aren't you or you gonna sell them to make money on the side". I told her no while keeping calm to myself and went to the front to ring out. Once out of the store I quickly texted my girlfriend to let her know that she would have to call the store in order to get the last copy. She did once she had a second from work to do so and after being held up on hold for the longest time was able to talk to an associate who told her "No" they would not hold the item. So now she has just gone and drove to this store in hopes to still have the copy there and low and behold she got an associate over and was told the last copy is for in store pick-up. This item does not show on the website and therefore couldn't have been for in store pick-up since it was never purchased. Now my girlfriend is upset that she was told one thing, drove down there to get it, and before her eyes is told that she can't because its in store for who knows what reason when she herself called right after I left to put it on hold and was told NO. I will definitely be making mention of this to all my friends and blog readers to stay away from this location after being lied to and profiled. So please head my warning if you are deciding to make future purchases here.
