We called from Florida looking for a specific truck for our Volunteer fire department. Kyle took fabulous care of us, was a man of his word, and delivered the vehicle right to our door! Now we have a beautiful red Ford F-250 that is in great shape to serve our community. My dad and I went in the dealership to lease chevy equinox 2017 and Jaimie Melendez was amazing. He made the process easy simple and fast. His professionalism was higher then our expectations. Before going into this dealership I went to Jim Ellis Chevy and they were horrible. They gave me a price that was higher then a Audi. I do not recommend anyone going to that dealership and inside go see Jaimie. I promise that he will give you tha best offer in the market. There was no negotiation needed because he gave me the price that was below my expectations. Amazing service and amazing person. Highly recommended!!!!!
Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to subpar customer service in our day to day consuming. Buuuuuut, because of service advisors like Andrew at Honda Carland, I am reminded that good customer service is not completely extinct!!!It always gives me a bit of hope when a person actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. Thank you Mr. Prucha for being there, helping, and providing outstanding customer service every time I have any issues or problems with my vehicle. Please Beware of the service department at this location. I had a motor replaced for 4700 and it failed after 28 days. After I took it back, I was told the motor was purchased without a labor warranty and I would be charged 1800 additional labor to replace the 28 day motor...This location wanted 6500 to replace a motor on a 10,000 automobile. Please Beware!!!
Took my car to this dealer to get a new remote fob and got hit with a $2000 bill.I think whomever tried to reset the computer and program a new remote shorted out my computer then blamed it back on me , OR, the car doesn't need a computer and that the $2,000 was just a hustle. Either way, this dealer deserves a 1 star and may this review serve as a warning to all clients considering their services.
Please don't buy from this seller. They sell cars that have hidden issues and after one month, the car stops driving. I bought a car from them and after 25 days, the car stopped driving and I found out the transmission on the car was damaged. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Went 40 extra miles to tow truck to northpoint even when I had another dealership within walking distance. Best service anywhere.
Sorry lying slick , are some words that come to mind when describing Paul and Tony at autonation Alpharetta, they took advantage of a disabled vet by not completing repairs caused by there sorry mechanics . The first day I bring the truck home the service light comes on and there was a popping and vibration under the driver floor board. They did take it back in and replace a pitman arm , part of the steering assembly, well after picking it up I noticed it leaking power steering fluid. I called and emailed Tony only to be blown off for 2 weeks , so I go to an independent shop . Diagnosis, bad steering box likely weakened by beating on it while replacing the above mentioned pitman arm. So I have to replace the box at $530 for the box and $400 for labor , all before I make my first payment. Thank you very much for screwing over a disabled vet, you should be ashamed.
After buying a used car from Import Auto Brokers and it needing a new engine less than 60 days later. Carland Service Center came to the rescue! Fisher is the BEST! He actually found out the root of the problem, then went the extra step and showed me the problems and explain them in terms I could understand them in. In addition, he did not go straight to the most expensive fix, which you have no idea how much I appreciate that since I had just bought and really did not have the money for the repairs. When I met him I told him I just needed him to be an honest guy, and that he was! I am extremely grateful that he helped this VERY BROKE Solider out! I just want you to know do not lose him because I might have to follow him where every he goes! Therefore, this brings me to an EXCELLENT score for the repair! The customer service level of Kristen is off the charts!!! She even came in on her day off when my other car broke down to get me set up with a loaner car. I am extremely grateful for her going above and beyond the call of duty and always keeping me informed! I am a recruiter and would gladly put her to work at any of my clients due to her diligent and EXCELLENT customer service! I honestly feel she deserves a promotion! THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!
