Drove 60 mills to eat here for my birthday. App said open 11-11. Web says the same. Looks open inside, tables, assembly line, grill everything ready. But on Saturday Feb. 4@ 6:30 p.m. doors are locked and no empties and no sign add to why they're closed. Dont go unless someone answers the phone. Good luck
the tech was awesome ,but she said the baby was facing the placenta so closely that she couldn't get shots of her face good. I was disappointing ,but figured I would just schedule a redo in a week or two. To my surprise when I logged on since EVERYTHING is online I couldn't locate how to schedule it. I emailed the management. I got a short reply stating it had to be done in store after my last appointment. I emailed again explaining how I was rushed through things & even mentioned it ,but was not informed I had to book right then & that I had not only paid close to $100 for not one good photo ,but had also referred friends. Management was VERY RUDE. I emailed again stating how unhappy I was & offered to send her my photos so she could see how bad they were & didn't even acknowledge me.
2nd time going to the Lawrenceville location but bad bad experience. First of all they send you emails saying make sure you arnt late and dont cancel so my promptness and seeing that made my hubby, son, and I be about 20 minutes early. Well there was no one there... We didnt get to go in until about 5 minutes before my scheduled apppointment. 1) I was 6 weeks and 3 days. I knew I was early but my first apt with my ob doc wasnt until almost 9 wks and I just had a feeling it was twins. When I went to the website it said they were having a sale and said you could come in as early as 6 weeks. I thought awesome, its a good price and I can see the baby earlier. So we get there and the receptionist asks how far along I was, checks me in, and takes my payment. The ultrasound tech walks in at that time. 2) We go into the room following behind the receptionist and she hands the u/s lady our paper. The u/s sound lady goes so how far along are you? I said 6 wks 3 days. She said well normally we cant see anything that early but we can try. I said ok that is fine. So I hop up on the table not knowing if its going to be a trans vaginal or abdominal because NOWHERE on the site does it say and there isnt really a number to call... she starts doing the abdominal one. After about 3 minutes she said well I dont see anything in there, not even a pregnancy. Said some things to start making me upset. She said are you having any symptoms or bleeding and I said no im just fine. She said and you are sure on your date and I said yes im positive. She said well if I were you I would go to the er just to get checked so they can make sure it isnt etopic. Said that the hospital would have better equipment and could do a trans vaginal one. So of course me being all upset now says ok. She said normally we cant see anything this early through abdominal its normally not until around 12 weeks. I said well your website said 6 and if i had known that I would have just waited. She said well lets go talk to the receptionist and see if we can refund you. Meanwhile Im all afraid now, hubby is quiet, and we dont have the money for an er visit... 3) Long story short after waiting 15 minutes for them to be on the phone with corporate the receptionist said sorry they couldnt do anything because the u/s lady already used the machine. Again I said well if I had known you only do abdominal and cant see the baby this early I would not have come. I just walked out. 4) Well I left, called my ob, took a test, and low and behold everything is fine and I am still pregnant. This was very poor customer service and advertising on their part. Why in the world would you say 6 wks if you cant promise that...???? And why not work with someone to give me a session for a later date or my money back??? If you knew you "probably" couldnt see anything that early then why even start it????? I have a bunch of pregnant friends I was going to refer and even previously used them for a 3d one with my last pregnancy but I will deff be going elsewhere now. Please please learn some customer service and correct advertising!!!!!!!!
On Tuesday, November 18 I went to your Lawrenceville location for a gender scan with photos. My baby did not give a good look so I was scheduled for the following day at your Alpharetta location. At the Lawrenceville location I was given two photos of my baby's face, one of the hand and one of the heartbeat. Not worth the extra $20 at all. I am extremely disappointed that I was given these photos rather than being given photos at the re-check because the whole purpose of the scan plus paying the extra $20 for photos was for a gender picture. As I said the purpose was to be able to have a photo not only as a keepsake but to show my family and friends that it indeed is a girl. I came to your company with my first child last year and am very upset that I have a photo for his baby book showing gender and I did not get one for this baby. I also came to you for a 3D scan with my first, referred two clients to you, planned to come once again for a 3D and use your company for future pregnancies but I feel dissatisfied and will no longer be a client of Baby's First Images. I will also be sure others know this situation can happen to them. I also emailed about my experience a week ago and I received no response.
I went to the douglasville location everyone there were super nice!!!! Even thought my daughter didn't want to cooperate they worked with me until they could get good pics of her.
This review is for the Lawrenceville location.I am begging you to not waste your time or money with this company. My husband and I have been twice during this pregnancy. This is our first baby, and the last thing you want to have to deal with is a terrible experience with something that should be a wonderful memory. They have terrible office staff.. as in one chick at the front desk who is always on her phone and never 100% clear as to whether or not she is confident in her ability to simply have you sign a consent and pay the proper amount. They only have one ultrasound machine, and they rotate who is working on it based on the day you have your ultrasound, I guess. Nothing can be resolved at the location itself. They will tell you that "corporate" has to resolve the issue. Well, corporate can never be reached when you're in the office. When you do need to speak to "corporate", you have to speak with them via email. Who does that? It's time consuming to have to type up emails getting your point across, they never seem sincere whether their company is at fault or not, and while they usually respond fairly quickly, they're rude and almost sarcastic in their tones. We initially went for a gender ultrasound at 18 weeks. The tech didn't explain anything we were looking at to my husband and the other 4 people we had with us, and she kept aggressively pushing down on my belly to try to get the baby to move. I understand this is normal for ultrasound techs to do, but you don't need to scrub my belly as if you're trying to remove a soaked-in grease stain from your favorite blouse. It hurt. I told her this, she stopped, and then 2 minutes later did it again. At the very end of the attempt to see our baby's gender, she told us that she was "pretty sure" we have a little girl. (Which we do!) We then decided to get our 3D/4D done at 27 weeks. We should have known better, but we were excited to see our baby, and we didn't want to pay the little bit extra to get this done at our doctor's office. Big mistake. We were overcharged, which the girl at the office couldn't fix, since she's not corporate. The ultrasound tech showed up very late, so there were 2 other couples waiting in front of us when we arrived, and our appointment started 30-45 minutes after it was scheduled. Again, the baby did not cooperate, so we had to reschedule. Then, a week later, I get an EMAIL that our appointment was double-booked, so they moved it forward, without asking us what would be best for us. We paid extra for a DVD so all of our family could watch from home, and now we have to make sure that we notify all of them of the change and hope they still get to enjoy it live. We received our refund significantly later than we were promised by the girl at the Lawrenceville location's front desk, and I had to argue with a condescending member of management via EMAIL to even get it in the first place. Their website does NOT match the policies/deals they think they are running in the stores. As in, the individual locations are completely ignorant to what the website is saying you will be paying. And you have to run over their entire website with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you've clicked on EVERY link possible to find all of their hidden fine print. Worst of all, the quality of their ultrasound process is HORRIBLE. The picture projected on the wall in front of the ultrasound machine is not a quality that is easy to see. It's very blurry, and the digital copy being projected through the internet for family to see is even worse. The ultrasound tech has the only decent view, and of course, the screen on their machine doesn't swivel for you to be able to see anything. You'd think with all the money they're scamming people for, they could stand to invest in decent equipment without going broke.. possibly even some classes in business management, website management, customer service, and common courtesy.
My good friend is having her first baby and was treated so poorly by this company!! I am a business owner myself and I would be horrified to know that my staff had treated my patients this way!! Bad attitudes and very bad business!!!
The owner is a coward. He is rude, inconsiderate, selfish, and he actually enjoys arguing. The only way you will have a good experience at this establishment is if everything goes perfect, because if you have to deal with Chris you will be madder than hornet by the time you are done. I honestly can not understand how he stays in business, except that he feeds on new first time parents instead of relying on return business.
