Well we had them a few times before, first experience was great, the prices were reasonable! the second not so much, but the only issue was with scheduling, we couldn't be at our home any time during the day, so they scheduled us on Saturday.Appliance repairman came and fixed our stove.

It was the day before my birthday party, and my oven decided it would stop heating. I needed service fast because more than 30 people would be at my home the next day. This awesome company understood how crucial it was for my repair to be made, and sent their awesome technician to my house to make the repair that night. And, he did just that, in less than one hour of time. The guy was very nice and friendly. I am beyond satisfied with the work that he performed. The price was also amazing. They made my party a success without costing me a lot of money. I am faithful to this company from here on out.
My refrigerator broke down and I was dreading going to a repair place because of all the stories of people getting ripped off. I was pleasantly surprised with how strait forward and honest the people were at American Appliance The staff are really friendly and they provided an estimate before doing any repair work. It was great to have a working refrigerator in 1 hour. They even gave me the broken components which gave me piece of mind regarding the work they did. The service cost was reasonable and I'm glad i went to them.
All was fine with the repairs made on my dryer. Until, 10 months later. I was sent a nasty letter stating that my check had bounced for the trade call fee. Turns out it was never cashed. I called the number listed on the letter. The only thing I said was, "When did you try to cash it"? That one question set him off. He started yelling and threatening me with a lawsuit and arrest. He eventually hung up on me. I sent a certified check to their P.O. Box, it has been there for (5) business and no one has picked it up. I have contacted my home warranty company to never subcontract them out again.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I only had a freezer problem. Had a tech come out & say it was my compressor. They sent another tech to come replace the compressor for $350 & it still didn't work. Not only did my freezer not work NOW my refrigerator doesn't work. They came out to replace the compressor again, still the same problem. The 3rd time I asked him to check for something else. I was told that the compressor was fine, it is now the condenser and that they wouldn't get the condenser until after Christmas. I was given the part #, found the part myself & had it next day aired that Friday. I was told that they could not come out to install it. I called another tech to see if he could help. He told me that it was not a new compressor & it was bad & the condenser was fine. The evaporator was the problem. He suggested because I had already paid this company, I should have them replace the compressor again with a new one & ask them check the evaporator first before installing the condenser. I had the tech come back out the 4th time to be told that he wasn't going to check the evaporator & that I should have had the other tech fix my refrigerator. I told him that I was just asking him to check it just to be sure & he still wouldn't. He would only replace the condenser or I could get a refund minus the labor. I told him that I would get a refund & was told to call the manager Robin after 8 pm. I called & a very rude man answered. I attempted to explain everything to him but was rudely interrupted several times, told that I didn't know what I was talking about & that he wasn't going to give me a refund because I still had his part & treated his tech like a slave. I told him that I never treated his tech like a slave I just asked him to replace the bad compressor for a new one, I asked if he could also check the evaporator just to be 100% sure & told him he can have his part back. This rude man continued to interrupt me & said that I was not getting a refund & hung up on me.
