Very good place, if you can't find what your looking for they probably haven't made it yet
The best store for electronics. They have any computer component you could want while also carrying appliances, televisions and fun toys like RC Helicopters. Make sure you have plenty of time because there is a lot to see. They alo understand the importance of checkout speed as they always have a dozen or more lanes open and an employee dedicated to moving the line quickly. The prices are usually comparable to online stores like amazon and buy.com but without the wait or shipping costs. Great, painless return process as well.
Beware of these 3 Rude People, Mimi Huynh, Krishna and her associate in Computer section - also Asian, who claims to be the manager of that section - They lie saying an item is not available, or a discount is not available and then they argue - The Over all Manager is nice guy (great guy), but then if these individuals don't represent what you and FRYs value for - why keep them around - Thanks to the Overall Manager and Brandon - My day was saved.

First review I have written about a store but figured it needed to be done. I will start off with please read the comments on this page (I did not before going). The costumer service is indeed just not here. Firstly, I ventured to the video games department in hopes to find a limited edition console for myself and my girlfriend (been searching high and low for it since release date). I was so happy to have found two copies at the store and quickly shot my significant other a text with a picture in high hopes that our search was done and we would be able to both have one. Sadly, the item was a one per costumer deal and I knew I could leave with just one and have her reserve the other till she got off work. So after walking the gaming isles back and forth waiting for someone to open a case (the front desk of the area was empty for 10+ minutes) I found a lady. I asked to purchase the console and so she and I walked over to the case. The lady then went into how the store does not condone ebay resellers and how she went into putting stickers on the fronts of the consoles to deter people from buying. I just brushed the random comment aside and asked if I could put the last one on reserve for my girlfriend. She told me she would have to call up there fast to have it held. So we went to the front desk and she asked the usual information before purchasing from fry's. Then randomly she went into saying "You are going to sell this on Ebay aren't you?". The first time ever has an associate profiled me. I myself work for a pharmacy chain and no way in the world would I be able to keep my job if I were to tell a costumer "you are going to get high on these drugs aren't you or you gonna sell them to make money on the side". I told her no while keeping calm to myself and went to the front to ring out. Once out of the store I quickly texted my girlfriend to let her know that she would have to call the store in order to get the last copy. She did once she had a second from work to do so and after being held up on hold for the longest time was able to talk to an associate who told her "No" they would not hold the item. So now she has just gone and drove to this store in hopes to still have the copy there and low and behold she got an associate over and was told the last copy is for in store pick-up. This item does not show on the website and therefore couldn't have been for in store pick-up since it was never purchased. Now my girlfriend is upset that she was told one thing, drove down there to get it, and before her eyes is told that she can't because its in store for who knows what reason when she herself called right after I left to put it on hold and was told NO. I will definitely be making mention of this to all my friends and blog readers to stay away from this location after being lied to and profiled. So please head my warning if you are deciding to make future purchases here.

Never buy anything from this store. They don't give exchange or refund. And they accused me of trying to exchange fake product. Here is what happened: I bought Beats HD Solo headphone from the store on Feb 03, 2015. I try it and didn't like it, so went to the same store next day (Feb 04 ) to exchange with something different. The customer service person told me that the serial number in the box did not match with the number in the headphone. I am 1000% sure that its the same exact same headphone I purchased from this store. So I called the Beats customer service. I got the head of product manager from Beats on the line. He said that those two number were not supposed to match. One is part number and other is Serial Number. So I went back to Fry's within 20 minutes and let the department manager of Frys Alex talk to the manager of Beats. He described to frys manager that those numbers are not supposed to match. However, Alex didn't agree. So I didn't get exchange or refund. And he blamed me for trying to exchange fake product. Total waste of time and money.
Their employees talk about how stupid their customers are, Josh, on the sales floor. I will never return to this location again. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to get to a different Apple Store!!!!
As far as support is concern Hp notebooks deserve a very low rating. Their products breaks either a few days after warranty or couple of days before warranty enough time that it takes them to send you 3 emails withing a week period asking for copy of receipt to make sure your product is under warranty and by the time they update the database the product is out of warranty. Don't try calling for help because you are going to get foreighn person trying to help you that you don't understand. It is a good thing Hp is getting of out of the pc business and doing only servers because their laptops really SUCK!!!
