Bad customer service! they trick you to buy the devices without letting you know the terms and conditions of your agreement! Don't be surprised of getting your next bill and see a higher amount then what you were told. I wouldn't recommend this particular store or the staff! super unprofessional.by looking at all the other reviews it shows how they care about customer service.
I called my wife when I got my phone back and told her “PC EMT has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced”. Going forward, I will be getting all of my technology updates or repairs done here. I highly recommend this place!
Excellent!!! My Laptop crashed on Saturday. I called them and they took my computer and had it up and running perfectly (even better than original) in a couple of days. This could have been a big blow to my business, but they saved the day... Very professional and outstanding at what they do. They are my new go-to for anything computer related. I am also going to buy my next computer from them and set it up so it is right!I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their computers!
Purely Impressive! and I am not just talking about their very competitive pricing! Their customer service absolutely has my utmost respect for professionalism. My mom took her computer in for service and was told it had a virus . $130 to remove . Whatever they did was not a solution to the problem an 2 weeks later it happened again . Her computer goes to a repair mode and then stays there , effectively seizing the comp . So she paid them $130 again to " Fix " it . I could have installed AVG Ultimate Virus protection and it also makes automatic repairs , but they insisted that theirs was better and would not be compatible with AVG. 1 week later it's happened again and they are saying it is driver issues and had the gall to lie and act like they have been telling her so , when they have been charging her for virus removal.. They are nothing but licensed rip-off artists and I will NEVER step foot in any of their stores again. Shame on you for taking advantage of an 83 year old woman, again and again

I went to the store .My Samsung Meagan had no life and screen was cracked. They gave my phone life in short amount of time. At a reasonable price .Everyone gave great customer service.
took my RX-8 into Benchmark to have a new head unit installed, I got a quote for the job and parts and then went online to buy the radio and dash kit for cheaper. That was a really bad move. The kit had bad parts and broke, and I had to return it online and deal with bad online service and automated responses. Benchmark did a great job putting everything back in, and I ended up buying the parts from them like I should have in the first place. I learned a huge lesson about buying stuff online, anyone who needs work done on their system, go to these guys. Also to anyone new to sound systems, I went in knowing nothing about how any of the stuff worked, and asked a lot of questions. I learned a lot about how everything works and why to put it in, as well as pros and cons of the different systems. If you don't know where to start with working on your system you should definitely go in to just look around and ask questions, they can get you on the right track.
I am reissuing a complaint I recently cancelled. It appears the issue I thought was with AT&T that was resolved was in fact not resolved. In fact, I learned my computer was dangerously operating on an unsecured network. Unfortunately, because I thought I had internet connection, I mistakenly thought the issue was with AT&T. However, it has come to my attention that the existing issue is still in place, and I want PC-EMT to correct whatever they did to the settings on my computer that are not allowing me to get internet service in my home. Plus, I am adding a complaint that PC-EMT is falsely posting on my behalf. Someone (NOT ME) posted an apology to PC-EMT stating the issue was with AT&T and not PC-EMT, then the false party using my name, gave 5 stars to PC-EMT. This is certainly something I will NEVER do. Even if they resolve the issue with my computer, I do not think they deserve 5 stars; especially since I have had to resort to reporting their service to BBB and GA Consumer Services.
