        My experience with Dean Arbour Ford in Alpena has been nothing but positive. They made the car buying process simple. What I've been most impressed with, though, is the service I've received after. I purchased an extended care plan & they have stood behind it 100%. When I did experience something I wasn't pleased with regarding my warranty, George & Cory went above & beyond to make it right. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. I highly recommend buying your next car there.

        My father bought a new car from this dealer, after he had driven the car, he noticed a manufacturing defect on two of his doors. Ford doesn't want to replace these two doors. One of the doors has a crease in the door and the other door has pin holes in it. I would not purchase a car from any car dealerships if they did not please their customers. Especially with a Ford defect..
