        After being kept waiting a month and a half by a "well known" appraisal firm for a bid, I finally got an email with an over the top price to do the work, and a long wait to get the report thereafter --thus began the "hunt" to find the right appraiser.
        Having contacted several other appraisers and getting bids and availability, Mr. Hunger came back with the best offer, and a better price and faster turn around for the work, and with very good qualifications. He went over and walked the farm --186 acres -- and did a careful evaluation of the land, its attributes in general, then more specifically its best qualities and also limitations, then an analysis of similar properties and values, and put it all together in a very complete report that is well-constructed and presented in an easy-to-read and easy-to-comprehend format. All through our collaboration he has been quick to respond, answering all my questions and kindly offering to help as needed, been thoroughly professional, and did excellent work at a good price. I look forward to using his services again, would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a good appraiser, and on top of all that, he's a very nice person too. What more could you ask for?
