        I do not recommend Vicky for a...

        I do not recommend Vicky for a hair stylist i told her to cut it a little past my shoulders and didnt even get down to my shoulders.also she did my moms eyebrows and missed alot of hairs. She did not take her time. and was talking to the other person while doing my hair.
