City Cleaners

I would like to say I have had a very good experience with City Cleaners of Alma. I can take my shirts and suits there and they come back looking as good or better than the day I bought them. Thanks City Cleaners for a job well done! Dennis

I brought a pleated dress to be cleaned. There was a stain of unknown origin on the dress.The employee never expressed any concern about the stain or cleaning of the dress. I got a phone call 2 weeks later saying that all of the pleats had fell out.They said the pleats could be put back in at a charge. I expressed concern that I wanted the dress to look like it did when I dropped it off. The staff was not reassuring.She said she can't promise that it will. She will be working on it that day. I reluctantly agreed and went back 3 days later to pick up the dress. They hadnt even started working on the pleats. Once again the staff was not reassuring when I expressed my concern. The staff made me feel like it was my fault and they never once took any responsibility for the outcome of their work.I stated that I felt like they wrecked the dress and the staff said "I do not feel that way, we were not the one s who spilled wine on the dress." Most unprofessional business ever.
