Made an appointment with one of the agents. He did not make it because he was out of townhut did not bother to let me know. His extremely rude manager came out wearing shorts and told us to come back Monday. On monday we show up and the same rude manager comes out and tell us that he is not managing his agents appointments. That we needed to contact him (which we did repeteadly, without success). The manager turned me away and refused to contact his agent. Very very unprofessional. In the end, after 2 times in this office and multiple calls, I was left with a lot of my time wasted. Don't waste your time and money with this extremely unprofessional realty office.

If you need an apartment, you need to call Doug Arcand. My roommates and I started our apartment search later in the season then was smart, but Doug saved us. He was able to answer all our questions, responded to calls and texts quickly, and is an all-around awesome guy. If you're going into the market, save yourself the headache and call Doug Arcand first.
