Was at the shop today with my father to get some tint work done after seeing the work and the finished progress I set a appointment up next Saturday to get mine down as well, I'm looking forward to seeing my finished results as the work is worth every penny. Good work friendly workers and it's highly recommended.

Unfortunately, had a horrible experience getting my car tinted. Andrew (owner) and I have been friends for a few years now and had posted a special for tints. My girlfriend had driven from easton to Allentown to get these done because I wanted to support andrews business rather than go elsewhere. I wasn't in the market to get her car done but it seemed like good timing. I had said I wanted "15%, all around". I recoeved confirmation via social media. When I saw the updated progress shots, I noticed "35%" tint was applied. My feedback was it was a "misunderstanding" and that he thought I wanted my personal car at 15%. I'm not sure how considering my personal car is already tinted 20%, all around. When I stressed to Andrew how upset I was and that i could have taken my car elsewhere much closer or to the same shop (which also charged less) I was told I could come get my car and "take it there then, thanks". I had no availability the following day and had no interest returning after wasting 2hrs round trip driving to and from Allentown from easton and wasting my time. I didnt recieve an apology either. Apparently, requesting a service and receiving the WRONG treatment is a "misunderstanding". I guess when the other 5 cars (his words) booked were all for 35% so apparently the assumption our car was too. Word of advice coming from someone also in a service based business...Take a business ethics class and improve your customer service. A client should never be treated in that manner especially a "friend" whose is giving you business you apparently appreciate.
I recently purchased a pre-owned car that had an awful cigarette smoke odor coming from the A/C vents, headliner and back seats. The dealer I purchased it from masked the smell of the smoke in order to sell the car, but after a few days of driving it, the smell was more than noticeable; it was undeniable to anyone that got into the car. That being said, I researched different ways to get rid of the smell and decided to go with a ozone deodorizing treatment. Upon explaining the situation to Mr. Ed, he advised that in order to ensure the treatment would work we would need to include an interior detail prior to the ozone. Full disclosure, he wasn't trying to upsell me, but rather he had worked with other customers with the same issue and his past experience was that doing the interior detail prior to the ozone was the much more effective route. After speaking to Mr. Ed multiple times, I decided to go with his advice, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. When I picked up the car, I saw that he had washed it for me as a courtesy and the car was shining inside and out! It looked better than it did in the showroom of the dealer I bought it at, and, most importantly, it smelled fantastic. I wanted to wait a few days before writing the review, to make sure the smell was truly gone, and I am glad to say that it still smells brand new. No cigarette smell! I will be bringing my other car in for the full inside and out detail, which is really well priced especially when considering the quality of the work. No doubt that I will be a lifelong customer for Mr. Ed and will recommend any person I know or meet that is looking for a car detail.
After spilling an entire bottle of "white out" on my friends black learner seats, I found Mr. Eds Auto Care..... Andrew & Ed saved my butt !!!!! I can't thank them enough for their knowledgeable, quick & kind action that returned the leather seat to its original pristine condition! Thanks a million... I highly recommend Mr. Eds Auto Care.... 10 stars
The owner was very friendly and gave me a ride to and from work. The car looked great till I opened the trunk when I got home to place my rubber floor mats back into the car. I discovered them to be dirty not even touched. The son's owner called me to apologize but when talking to him he hung up the phone on me. This place will never get my business again. I was referred by Bethlehem Ford dealership and the manager said they do excellent work. But I don't believe so, beware when leaving and inspect everything.
