I initiated my vehicle rental on January 23, 2017. Mary was fantastic!! On a day with extreme severe weather (rain, freezing rain & snow), Mary greeted me with a smile and even interjected humor in our conversation. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests with obtaining a vehicle that had USB ports for charging technology and a vehicle with front wheel drive. Bad company. Their new computer system could not find us even though we had a comformation number. 1hr wait. Car all dented up and not clean.
The place is a joke. I've rented from here many times over the years and will never come here again. First I made the reservations over the phone through the 800 number, they would not allow me to use my AMEX Rewards certificates that I had. They told me I would have to go on line and make new reservation!! Then they told me I could not return my vehicle to this location because they would be closed at that time and would have to pick a new location. Which is bull, I've returns cars here on Sunday's a few times. Then when we went out to the car, it was filthy, they never washed it. So he had them do it again and it still came back filthy. Never again will I rent a vehicle from this location, or Enterprise itself!!!

I plan on taking advantage of the weekend special rates for at least 3 times a month until January 2015. I went to pick up a vehicle on 9/26 and I was given a different price then what I agreed too when I placed the reservation. I asked why, and Hector told me that he included in Enterprise's insurance without asking me if I wanted it. The price was a $60 difference and I did not appreciate him added this on without my consent. If I did not inquire about the rate, I would have been charged more. Then when we went to inspect the vehicle, Hector told me there was a half a tank of gas in the car, when I drove the car away, I noticed that there was a quarter tank of gas. I called and told him what was in the gas tank and he changed it, but seemed annoyed that I caught him twice trying to over charge me. With this experience, I plan on using the Enterprise location on Airport road for now on.
Not only were they very friendly and helpful but I needed to change my pick up time and it wasn't a problem. The car they had originally reserved was recalled so they gave me a free upgrade. Super awesome
