I am so sad....this salon I had been to few years, but they changed the new-ownership. Tracy was not there anymore. I did try the new owner, I had to say, not recommend to anyone. The salon is not clean and the lady does not understand English. I told her what I want for my pedicure and eyebrow, oh my God... it is a mess. Miss Tracy so much !!!
I've used Unique as my go to when I want a pedi or my nails done since they first opened and I will tell you the quality has slipped significantly. While the pedicure service is still good (only reason I gave them 2 stars) the $60 pink and white set hasn't even lasted 5 full days. Two nails have popped off...without me even feeling it. Products are sub par and I'm beyond disappointed. First one happened on the 4th day of having them and I got it fixed without issue now, just day later, the second one popped off. I have no idea when it happened bc I didn't feel it! These things should be like concrete on my nails. What a waste of money...
Absolutely horrible place. I never tip until the very end, and because I didn't tip when she made me pay half way through the service they told me to leave because 'no tip'. Complete waste of my time and money.
I Was Excited To Try A New Salon And The Name And Website To The Beauty Bar Sounded And Looked Great. I Booked An Appt And Thought It Would Be Great. When I Arrived I Was Greeted By The Woman Behind The Desk And Told They Were A Littld Behind So I Could Take A Seat. After 15 Minutes I Was Walked To The Back To Get started. The Conversation That Was Between Me And The Manicurist Was Extremelt InappropriatE. Professionalism Is Not A Priority At This Facility So If You Arent Easily Offended Then It Might Be For You. The Manicure Was Poor.The Gel Was Applied To The Nails But Didnt Even Cover The Sides Of The Nail. 2 Full Days LatEr The Gel Had Lifted Off 2 Nails. Nothing Out Of The Normal Daily ActivitieS Were Done To Cause This Peeling. I Was Disappointed To Say The Least. The Pedicure Was Also Poor. Nail Polish Was Sloppy and Also Not Even Painted Up To Cuticle.The Staff Was Nice However There ManI/pedi Service Is Below Average By Far. They Offer Other Services That Might Be Great Just Not Nails.
They always do a great job. Great price :) they take a bit longer than others but that is fine by me.
