Avoid this place at all cost. Please be aware that if you purchase a part here and it is damaged, you can only replace it. I bought a seat for my car, it was broken. However, this junkyard was closed on Sunday and I had to go another junkyard to get my seat. I needed it ASAP because I was going away for the holiday. When I tried to return this broken seat, the owner would not refund the money at all. He kept going on how he sold me the cushion, not the frame and not the tracks. They have a policy on their wall that states that a refund would be given MINUS a 50
% restocking fee. IT'S A JUNKYARD, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO RESTOCK? When I explained to him that he owed me at least half of the money for the seat, he said that policy is only for if he can't find a replacement. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP. AVOID THIS PLACE, AT ALL COST.
I can't believe people still do business this way in 2017. 10 day return policy, it says it on my receipt, call about returning it the next day and the guy says no and hangs up on me. I should have checked the reviews first. The good reviews sound like they were written by Hanna's people. I would steer clear of the other businesses that gave them a good review, they must be just as scummy.
These people are the biggest rip-off in the whole world they sold me a used battery for $100 gave me a receipt the next day I took it to a real mechanic and he told me the battery was bad wrote a note stating it was a new battery took it to a mechanic who wrote a note saying it was a bad battery put a brand new battery in it and said never ever go there for a battery they are rip off they will not give me my $100 back I contacted the police I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will no matter what I have to do get my hundred dollars back they are scum bags do not go there go to Harry's I was a woman who went in there for my single daughter who has the trials car and when I called they hung up on me I mean how low can you go I also told a few other people in their line of business and I was told they are known to rip people off that's their gang ripping people off to make money do not and I repeat do not do any business with him as they are the absolute worst they are frauds ripped off even the gentleman that put the battery in my car told me that the hanna o family is out for themselves. I just asked all my friends on Facebook to share with their friends on Facebook not to go there and I talk to the Better Business Bureau also show them both both paper works
Horrible place of business. I went there on dec.23 2016 paid 200 for a bumper was told to come back at 430pm went at 330p they were closed, returned a few days later to a sign on the door stating they were closed feom the 23rd to jan 3rd went back in on the 3rd TONY tried to give me a broken cracked bumper that wasnt even the right one after arguing with me for 4 min and 3 other bumpers that wasn't the right one i told him just give me a refund for my 200 he said no we dont do refunds on returned merchandise CLUE RETURNED I NEVER LEFT WITH THE BUMPERS and refused to give me my whole amount he charged me 50% of what i paid so he only refunded 100 so i was jimped 112.00 smh and threaten to have the cops called on me cause i was telling his customers that he is a rip off i will be calling the B.B.B and reporting them i suggest everyone else does the same thing
Paid up front for a glass replacement on a car- told it was going to be done on monday. After not returning my calls, I came in on friday to find it was still not completed. Person behind the desk seemed offended that I was curious why I had paid 1.5 weeks prior, and was dismissive of my concerns saying "It'll get done when we can get it done".
When the glass finally was replaced the following tuesday (2 weeks after I dropped it off), they said their vacuum cleaner had broken and they were unable to remove the glass fragments, which I then had to do by hand.
TL;DR: This place has poor customer service, takes too long, and does not deserve your business.

Tony whom works at the parts department, phone calls etc., is the biggest lying piece of dishonest human race, this man took money from a 80 year old man, gave him wrong parts, refused the refund, the man traveled 280 miles one way to get parts return parts, this Tony tells him you don't know your talking about, and left the 80 year old man standing without his full refund, gave him half and refused the rest, no other reason, hannas could not provide the proper parts, but took the man's, money,

Absolute Trash they asked for you to guarantee pmt in forms with the credit card before shipping and never shipped 1 week later told the part had not shipped becouse the paper work was stapled to another order . Then told it would be shipped out pronto no problem. 1 week later called when part was not shipped told they did not have the order or paperwork.Please understand these people are just a waste of time and Money.WOTAM waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely a scam. They sold me the wrong transmission, I returned it they sold me another wrong transmission and then told me if I want my money back to sell the wrong one on my own to someone. Tony at the Cedar Street location was the salesperson. Again a huge scam. Now I am stuck with a transmission that doesn't fit anything. Worst experience every purchasing anything.
Everyone Stay away. These people are horrible. This place is a scam. I paid for an alternator the sales person assured me it was tested. After paying a mechanic to install, the alternator was clearly defective. I took the alternator to get check at the ford dealer, and they confirmed the alternator was defective. The sales people there said the testing machine gives a false reading. Bull crap, but anyway. I asked for a credit and the sales people refuse to give me a refund or a credit. They are thieves. Buyer beware. Don't believe the positive review. There is no way these people are honest.
I have made a deposit thinking that I was goin to get the part I need and they simply lie to you to take your money. And also I had a best friend buy parts off him and there broking parts THESE PEOPLE ARE liars and thieves!!! I WARN YOU PEOPLE DONT GO THERE!!!!! Im a local and they do this to everyyybody. I WARN YOU!!
My wife and I went to these guys - despite some of the reviews we saw. We expected the worst but got the BEST. Tony was so helpful AND knowledgeable. He made sure my parts were in good condition before he sold them to me. They impressed me so much that I went back again...and I will be sure to go back if I need more parts for either of my vehicles.
These guys are great. First, they pulled some seats for my one car and now I went back to get a sway bar for my other car. Tony was great and made sure the seats were in good condition before selling to me. Then, he made sure the sway bar was in good condition before he sold that to me. I am definitely going back to them the next time I need a part. They are busy, but always willing to help.
Traveled 60 miles to pick up a radio I was told was ready to be picked up, got there and was not ready! Tony was ignorant and seemed to be "slow" Save your money and go to a REAL place, this place wants your $ but does not want to help at all, long story short, traveled 120 miles and a half tank of gas for nothing...horrible! Dont lie to your customers!
SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Worst customer service. I got a part shipped from them to Philadelphia, an Audi A6 radio controls console and it was not working properly. I called back to try to get my money back but they gave me a run around about how the salesperson, Moe, was not there and to call back later, etc. When I called back and finally got a hold of Moe, he said there was nothing he could do. He said it was too late to return it, I asked why no one else could help me out when he wasn't there and he said there was no way I talked to someone that day because apparently they were closed. Moe asked me to prove to him that I talked to someone that day and when I printed my phone logs and faxed them to him showing I spoke with someone that day, he still said there was nothing he could do and would not return my money. He even hung up on me during the last conversation.
I ignored the negative reviews above and I paid the price....IN CASH. Once you make the "deposit" for the desired piece and then pay the price in full, you will be treated like trash. They will talk down to you, mistreat you, yell at you, ignore you, and the whole nine-yards as they now have your money. They will also require that you put a SECOND deposit for your old/used piece which they will want from you. Once you show up with the old piece, they will come up with a reason not to give you back the above-mentioned deposit, and they get quite creative in that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have now had 2 services performed by Hanna; no problems, the service was done quickly and efficiently. Fair prices. I explained how I would schedule according to my budget for my older diesel Mercedes; he did not gouge me or try to sell additional services. same day service. thanks, Hanna!
