We have been with D.E.Cressman for years and now our son is now also insured through them. They are always professional, kind, and willing to help. When they say they will get back to you, send you an email... they always do. No matter how many questions we have had, how many changes we have made... they are always on top of things and are very friendly. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about insurance. They are amazing!
I have been with D.E. Cressman for a long time now and have always had great customer service! Recently my house was struck by lightning in the middle of the night and I called in a claim and before I knew it, Dan was at my front door helping me decide my next moves. All my neighbors were impressed that my insurance agent cared enough and was willing to come to my house in the middle of the night to help out.

I have been with Erie - Cressman Insurance Agency for ten years (business, home and auto) with NO claims! In March 2009 the Lehigh Valley experienced a crazy hail storm and my SUV, which was parked in a friends driveway, received hail damage that included golf ball sized dents all over the hood and the plastic front grill was broken through, again, with a golf ball sized hole. I had the car two months! The claims adjuster denied the grill damage claim, which cost $270 to repair, claiming it was not hail damage, which it was and I have witnesses that saw the damage take place. So, I drove over to Dan Cressman's office to show him the damage and discuss the claim, he ""made some phone calls"" and came back and said they would either send out another claims adjuster to review the damage or just cover the claim, as it was only $270. I never heard from him again and assumed everything was taken care of, until I showed up at Daniel's BMW today and was told the SAME adjuster denied the claim and I would have to pay out of pocket! I called Dan Cressman, but to no avail, so I drove over to his office to speak to him in person and he simply said they were not covering it! That's it! I received no phone call or follow-up from him, in the one month's time that it took to get my car in for repairs! To arrive at the dealer, assuming everything was taken care of, only to be told from the dealer, that it was not . . . simply unprofessional and unacceptable! When I told Dan that I would take my business elsewhere, -- he didn't care! Ten years of paying premium insurance coverage, with no claims and to be denied a $270 claim that was no fault of my own is simply unacceptable! I only hope this review will save many others from putting their trust into an agent like Dan Cressman, who only wants to take your money, but does nothing to take care of your legitimate claim!
