Allentown Bus Terminal

i live on the west side of town n normally drive everywhere i go, my car was in the shop n i desperately needed to take an out of town trip. i found it very odd that there is really no website for the allentown terminal at 3rd n hamilton sts. therefore no business hours are listed. even odder is the fact that when i tried to phone them to find out the hours of opperation it was answered by a fax machine, i tried my call again n got an answering machine (left msg. n no one called back). needless to say i knew the bus schld. already n could not get on the bus i needed to take because i had no ticket (because the terminal was not open at the time my bus arrived). in these days of technology the web n automated answering systems that give IMPORTANT business info. i cant imagine why i was unable to get any at all.....seems to me the only way to get there business hours is to show up and look at the sign in the door.........the allentown terminal...not user friendly!!!!
