MY granddaughter and I made an appointment for 5 oclock on October 1, I was taken by 5:15 my granddaughter was still waiting at 5:35. Why Make an appointment if u can"t be taken on time? My granddaughter is pregeant she became very upset and had to leave without getting a haircut. I left with her I did get my hair cut but not get my hair dried or styled and paid regular price. The manager did apologize which was fine, then I'm offered coupons they hand to everyone for money off getting your hair colored , Really!!! The apologize was enough, the coupons were an insult.

I love the way they cut! I'm very particular about who cuts my hair, I have tons of long hair and if it's not layered correctly it looks like a stairway! But these ladies know what they're doing! I would recommend them to any one! Nita Leary

I called Monday 5/18/15 @ 5 PM and asked if I could come and get a Haircut, she said " NO " we are busy...................OK that happens, I called Tuesday 5/19/15 at about 3 PM to see if I could come in about 5:30 for a Haircut, she said " NO " I'm the only one here and I have a cut and color, hmmmmmmmmmm............, I go in to the Salon on Thursday 5/21/15 @ 5:30 to get a Haircut, some wildly tattooed Lady comes from the back and I asked to get my Haircut, she said " NO " we are busy !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not see a client in the Salon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, needless to say I would NEVER go back there again and I will tell everyone NOT to even try to go there.

Great salon! Very clean, professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable here. I always go to Jersey to get my hair done. I'm glad I found this place. Highly recommended!
