So I took my truck here because my trailer doors were not closing correctly. I had a couple of hinges that were bent in the wrong way. Now before I came here Carl (I'm assuming he's the owner) say its $90 an hr for labor. Now once they look at my truck and see what needs to be done I asked the machine for an estimate. He replied that he did not know what the price would be. Ok, so then I went and spoke with Carl. He states just regular shop price would be my damage @ $90 bucks an hour. Ok they start at 12:16 and finish @ 1:21. Yet my bill is $223.00? Now what sense does that make if it's $90 an hour. So Carl states that because he had two guys on the job it's now $90 a person not an hour. Hmmm something smells fishy to me. Then he takes $23 off the bill, now it's $199.00 NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE AND WOULDN'T ADVISE THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Had I not been pressed for time I would've went to Utility Trailer instead. I WOULDN'T SUPPORT THIS PLACE IF I WERE YOU.....
I found it funny they didn't even know what a bottom rail bolt was when I went to purchase it from them lol. Then I seen a trailer they just serviced and they didn't see the broken brake chamber which is a huge safety concern. I wouldn't let these guys work on my kids bicycle let alone a class 8 vehicle. Warning Dont Go There For Service.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with... Said they would do a road call never went never called. When I called to ask them where they were said the were not going to come out even though they said they would .. Said they were busy and had decide not to do our road call but never bothered to tell us.. Had a driver waiting over 2 hours. Poorest service I have ever dealt with
I have been taking my travel trailer (camper) to Custom-Diesel for several years. Very good trustworthy service and great price too.
