Very good daycare , would recommend to everyone. They really put care into the children. And they also do transportation for free so that's a major plus

my child went here and the workers are rude, careless, and blame parents for their inability to remain professional. my child has been exposed to several health hazards as well as mistreat by the workers. i have almost been fired for attendance from my job due to the lack of professional time frames they choose to alert their customers that they will be closed for random times. i was in constant panic every month as i awaited for another small piece of paper warning me they will once again be closed and i was forced to take off of work AGAIN! if your looking to call off from work an enormous amount of days every year then this is your place! would not recommend to ANYONE. they all seemed nice at first but then their attitudes come after your a customer.

After growing up with a stay at home mom, I never had experience with child care. But society had made me believe that children weren't always in the best of hands. However, due to job requirements my husband and I moved to this area and enrolled our then 5 month old son to this center, and have not one regret. He was full time there and the excitement on his face when he saw the friendly staff in the morning warmed our hearts. I picked him up at different times and not once did I ever find him in a dirty diaper, hungry, crying, or alone. The daily update sheets made me feel as a first time mom as if I wasn't missing out on any of his milestones. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour of this facility! You won't regret it!

Literally the most unprofessional daycare I have ever experienced. Used my child in lies to find out they were mistreating him. Do not send your children here.

They go to sleep upstairs and leave the children alone sleeping downstairs in a room ALONE. I know this for a fact because that's what I found the first and last time my kids went to this daycare. Then they argued with me about how many Children I dropped off that day. I have 4 kids but they could only find 3 ! I found my 14 month old baby by herself in a different room strapped in a bouncer. How this daycare is even open still is crazy to me

This place has lice, sick kids, kids shoved in one tiny cubicle, because they're not classrooms, and they let the kids with live stay, toys are filthy and the man is always screaming. Don't go here.

Missie's Place is an exceptional childcare that provides a well rounded experience for children. Missie's Place is a home away from home and children are safe in this loving environment. The owner involves the family in the child's learning and development through take home projects, calendar activities, and family connection experiences. Missie's Place is definitely a hidden jewel in Allentown.

This statement is lengthy but please read it all if may help with your decision. My Daughter had a very bad experience with KULA. She had three children in KULA for three years. One toddler age three attended full time for three years and two older children that received aftercare /school; pick-up services . My daughter had the two older children take a temporary leave of absence from aftercare /school pick- up service. In the beginning of Nov 2014 for a little over a month, due to my Grandson extended football practices and the fact that I was out on temporary disability leave. She gave KULA two weeks’ notice as per contract of the leaves and November as well as she informed KULA of their returned date of December 8th. The toddler remained at Kula fulltime doing the older sibling leave of absence. My daughter received call from the new school director Michelle on December 2,2014 four business days before the schedule return , stating that the two older children was not able to return on December 8,2014 and gave a possible return date of December 15,2014. My daughter was very taken back because first she has been with KULA for three years. And she look at KULA has family “care giver for her children.” And then she became very upset and worried because now what was she to do for “aftercare/school pick up for her two children. And she has a fulltime job and I am schedule to go back to work Dec 8th. She express he concern and her fears of possible loss of employment due to lack of timely notice as per the contract. Kula has a contract that states that two week notice is to be given if child is leaving / returning etc. That contract applies to the contract holder it should apply to facility as well. ???? She gave KULA notice in November at the time of the leave. I the grandmother talk to Michelle in regard to the kids returning on the 8th of DEC several times in person as well as over the phone. Not for nothing my daughter call Kula again on December 26 and spoke with the owner/founders Mr. and Mrs. Jackson and confirmed again that DEC. 8th is the kids return date and she (Mrs. Jackson) confirmed. After she ( my daughter) express herself to Michelle the facility director. About the inconvenient that this has caused. The possibility of loss employment and having to seek after care/pick-up services for her two older children of God know how long until Michelle call her back. And the fact that all of this is really a breach of contract on the facility. Michelle called my daughter back in a matter of minutes stating I quote “I spoke to the owners and because you are talking legal matters /contracts “Your Toddler is not authorized to attend KULA anymore as of the day of the call Dec.4th one hour before drop off. Mind you KULA policy payment for child care is paid in advance so the toddler account was paid up for present week. My daughter was schedule to work that day and had to take an unpaid day off and may have to take additional unpaid day off until she find a secure childcare facility for her three children. MIND YOU MY DAUGHTER PAYMENT ACCOUNT WAS PAID ON TIME AND CURRENT TO DATE ….. Well reviews do that sound like a caring child care facility. Read KULA Mission statement on KULA web pages really !!!!! All I can do is share this experience and Pray SMH SIGNED a concerned Grandmother

You must visit this center. It is so bright and colorful. The staff are friendly and they interact with the kids. You can tell the staff are happy to be there. The owner and director are both on site. There is artwork all over and my kids love being there. I have to fight with them to leave. I love this center and would recommend them to everyone!
