Took my car here on two occasions. On the first, interior trim pieces were incorrectly fitted back after having odometer work completed. Disappointing attention to detail.Had an appointment to have front rotors, brake pads, and front wheel bearings repacked. Was quoted a total price of over $900.00 for parts and labor).I did a little research, purchased the necessary parts for less than $200.00, then paid another Porsche mechanic $180.00 to perform the necessary work.Mark seems like a nice enough guy, but the prices being charged for (sometimes sloppy) work are not competitive.
Bought a car a couple of years ago. They either had no idea what they were selling---which is not possible--- or they were outright frauds. Inspect their cars extremely carefully and do not necessarily believe in what they say.
Purchased a 2009 Honda and could not be happier. The car came with a 3 month warranty. They arranged financing for me through a finance company.
Priced a vehicle with these people got my finances approved through my bank and found a company to ship the car. Then I'm told they will not accept my banks certified check nor will they accept a wire transfer. Two days of paperwork wasted on a very unprofessional dealer who wants cash only.
This guy is a thief. He never repaired my car. He kept my deposit and he is never available. My car has been at his shop for 6 months. He never touched it once. And now I cant even get my car back. Time to go to court.

After explaining types of repairing needed, the costumer service told us to drop the car for 2 days. The lady told us the car will be ready in 2 days. When we arrived to the place, she said that they are not able to fix everything during these two days since they are really busy. The lady told us they are able to fix only few things during these two days. It already became a waste of money since we rented a car for two days.. but we decided to give it a chance and at least fix some things since we already rented the car for these two days. When we came back after few days, our car was staying exactly in the same spot and NOBODY EVEN LOOKED AT IT. We asked the costumer service why they did not start repairing. The costumer service told us that they did not have time and FORGOT TO CALL US ABOUT THIS. We spent some time trying to explain the upper management that we need to be reimbursed for our car renting. They even did not want to hear about this. Beware!
Hands down the worse place to get a car. They are scam artists who do not care. They will put you in a car of course than you will pay 4 times what it is worth plus pa for it to get fixed constantly than when you say something to them they don't care at all. There vehicles are not safe at all they are scumbags I have told everybody I know not to buy a car here worse than jb byrider
Sergey was very professional and did his best to meet my needs as a customer...had a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to buying which was a refreshing change from the average pushy salesperson. Would recommend!
