Manager was not friendly and the store was chaotic and needed to be straightened. As someone who works in retail, I definitely know what is needed in order for a customer to have a pleasant shopping experience, and she did not give me that.

The cashier girls were very rude. They ignored me and did not even acknowledge me in front of them. Then she started mumbling to someone else. She clearly needs training on Customer service!
I have visited this store three times--each time the owner/manager is gossipping with other employees and customers that frequent the store. The customer service is SLOW and shows favoritism and makes up rules as they "assist" their customers and sellers. I will not shop here again! Watch out McKinney--I think the owner is franchising there now, too!
There were supposed to be 5 people in this camp and we are sitting with 12 kids. Don't be fooled into thinking there will only be 5 kids in your camp. The manager and coach were amaxing! Ask for Stone!!
Great Shopping experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.-The above review was posted as a service and with the authorization of Kid to Kid of Allen, and the comments and opinions expressed in the review are those of a customer from Kid to Kid of Allen.
I am happy that this facility is always willing to go above and beyond for my family!!! I have had a lot of bad experiences with other daycares in the past and I am happy that my girls are finally in a place that cares about their needs and helps them academically as well. Love the staff and all the adorable friends that my kids have made, warms my heart!!!
This store is only getting one star because I liked the product. The store manager picks and chooses to who he wants to provide customer service to. It is by far the worst retail place I have been to. They stereotype their customers and overlook them.
In my opinion - Highly disorganized, unethical and dishonest.
Never use the outlet next time. My daughter bought a handbag for mother's day gift for me.I thought it was too small, plus it started to sag, once I took all the stuffed paper out of it.My daughter went to return it, next day, she was told, she can only get a store credit.I went in to talk to the manager, she was very rude. I have the store credit, but I will never ever buy Michael Kors product again. It seems like once they get your money, they never want to return it. I guess, they are not very confident about their product. When I looked online for a refund policy, this is what I found. It clearly states, I can get a refund withing 30 days.OUTLET STORESNew, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Michael Kors US Outlet Store within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt or gift receipt. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
I bought $500 worth of bags and glasses from this store. I went back in 2 days to return one of the bags because I realize it was too big for me. The manager name Marcus was damn rude and racist to me and my husband. He refused to accept the bag for exchange just because it contained a paper of mine and claimed that he cannot resell used. I only put some stuff in to carry and see if it would work for me. But he was so rude and threatened to call security when I asked him to be reasonable. If he thinks he cannot resell then, he should not have the return policy. Future customers beware of this outlet. You will get your refund, only store credit and they make exchange difficult!
