My sister and I went to Jasons Deil on 8/31/2017 I ordered a to go salad. While I was at the salad bar, I slipped and fell because of a unattended puddle of water. Two employees witnessed my fall and did nothing to assist. Because of this fall I am dealing with knee, back and neck pain. I am also having migraine head aches, and shooting pain from left knee to my thigh. I first spoke to the general manager and she gave me the go ahead to go to the emergency room for xrays. Then I spoke to their Insurance company. (Travelers) They told me they could not use their survaliance footage in their investigation. (WHAT!!!!) It has been almost 2 months since my fall and neither Jasons or Travlelers has not. done a thing for me since. All I asked for was medical treatment, nothing else. It seems to me this company has no interest in doing the right thing. Should anyone reading this ever experience the same thing, take pictures and get names of witnesses. Don't count on any company to do the right thing. Count on them to look at their camera footage and erase it.
