        We decided to go to Taylor Trophies to purchase my daughter's varsity coat. The customer service was excellent... they took the time to allow her to look through all the designs as well as making sure the coloring matched the coat. The final product was awesome!

        Have never in all my years dealt with anyone as rude as this owner! Walked out without having her do the job and she didn't even seem to care. Well lady you will care if the word gets out and you lose all customers. DO NOT support this horrible establishment!!!

        I have known the owners of the company for many years. Their work is absolutely superb! Over the years I have had them engrave many different items and have been super pleased with every job they did for me.

        I have never been treated so badly. Since my experience with these unprofessionals, I have heard several people say they have the worse customer service. I can't even believe they're operating a business.

        I recently visited Taylor Trophies. The owner is just nasty. No other word for it. She talks down to everyone who enters. If you have questions, she acts as if you are stupid. When you call to check on an order she says, ""I'll call you, don't call me.""

        Bottom line.....you'll get what you came for (eventually). Just know in advance, you will be treated like crap during the entire process and be paying them to do it to you.

        I will not be back. Do not care if I have to pay more elsewhere.
