Considering its a roadside hotel, for a one night, it was very good! I am demanding with two major things when it comes to a one night hotel: needs to be CLEAN (it was.. and it smelled good as well!) and SAFE (i was on the second floor and cannot relate to any of the bad experiences others had, thankfully) and my experience with this hotel provided me with those. The rest of the things, for such a short cheap stay, I am not so demanding about. We arrived late at night and were very well received by the frontdesk, Maisha (?) and we chatted a bit about the region and its history... Having read some bad reviews, I was a bit uncertain about what I would find, but I found a very clean and comfy room, with a clean bathroom and tv/wi-fi that were also available for free. In the morning, breakfast is served and the gentleman in charge was very polite and served us directly, very nice of him as it was not necessary. We were very very pleased with our stay and have nothing bad to say about the place, quite the opposite. I would stay there again, if necessary. Hope other people get more good experiences like mine as well...

The Front Desk Empolyees: Elizabeth who works the graveyard shift, Alexis, Vicky who work the morning shift are very nice. Elizabeth who works the graveyard shift, when she does her rounds around the property, she locks the sliding doors so no can enter. That's what I call being in a safe hotel. If you are a guest & went out & the doors are locked. You just use your room key to enter back into the hotel. Vicky & Alexis really do listen the your needs & requests. The place was perfectly located to where we had to be & go. They say Hello to you and ask if everything is ok with your room. How has your day been going. Very friendly place to stay. If I ever go back to Phoenix, I will stay there again. A must place to stay.
This Travelodge had a Great Price, Free Fast Internet, Small Breakfast, Free Parking, Heated Pool. It is very clean, new rugs, nice personnel, very hot showers and a quiet area. We were on ground floor but for a quieter experience I would get a 2nd floor, but away from stairways! I would recommend it if you are needing the above and want to stay on a budget and only come back to sleep anyway.... The breakfast is not exciting but they do have apples, oranges, and more. They have pancakes too, (I did not try these) In the areas down the street-- there are lots of fast food and many other restaurants. Easy access to the freeways !!
I must say that I was impressed with the entire stay at Travelodge on Sweetwater. The rooms were clean, very nice, The Staff was also very polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They also offer a continental breakfast which was open from 6:00 am to 9:00 am well stocked, clean and served a variety of food, The food consisted of cereals hot and cold, pancakes, muffins, donuts toast oatmeal ,danishes, juices, and coffee. Great stay for the price. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were great as well. I recommend the Hotel to everyone.
This hotel is pretty darn good for the price. Free breakfast every morning is awesome. I will say that we stayed here for nearly a month and after that long, the breakfast bar does get old after a while, but it is free. The staff is great, especially David. He and my son became good friends. The breakfast guy is cool too. All in all it's a good place for the money, and I am fairly sure it's the cheapest in town that offers free breakfast. $37.00 a night when you count tax.
This was a great place to stay. The price was awesome and the management was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed 3 days last month and I just made reservations for 3 more days. I wouldn't stay any where else when I can get a microwave and fridge for less than the price of a lousy motel 6. I was very pleased with the whole expirience and would recommend this place to all my friends. Sam was especially helpful, you can tell he really cares about the guests. ;:^)
Every time we go to Rocky Point its always the same situation. We go talk to SeaSide, and have a wonderful vacation. That easy. With the selection of resorts they have, they're bound to have something that fits everyone's needs. I have stayed in 3 of their condos now and so far they're all gorgeous. Our family doesn't even go anywhere else for vacation anymore. We save up so we can go back to our very own little paradise. Once you've been once you never wanna leave.
Clean, safe, budget priced rooms in quiet, educational area, bus line adjacent with wi fi and adequate tv channels. Free breakfast is a carb lovers favorite (not mine), bring your own protein, requires ticket, and must be eaten in their crowded room. If you are really hungry for lunch or dinner, highly suggest the Chinese buffet down the street at a great price. Front desk personnel friendly and efficient, would recommend & stay again if budget required.
Even with a full occupied weekend, the hotel staff stayed so friendly, nice and helpful and the breakfast crew kept the breakfast full of hot food, coffee and plenty of supplies for everyone to enjoy breakfast each morning. The pool is pretty and the out door patio had lots of chairs to enjoy. Rooms are clean and simple with a full kitchen. Part of the Marriott family, the Residence Inn is a great place to stay at a reasonable price!
This property is my go to place when ever I travel to Phoenix! Lynette at the front desk has always taken care of me when ever I come to town. She has gone and above to make sure I get my preferred rooms. The rest of the staff is very Friendly and The property is always nice and neat, Maria does a spectacular job cleaning the rooms to perfection. The staff is why I chose this place to be my Home away from Home.
