Took my 2017 bmw m4 to get an estimate for replacing the rear bumper and one of their employees named Robert helped me out.He made several mistakes taking down my info and printing the estimate. He took down my vin# incorrectly, my claim number was written down wrong and someone else's name was on the estimate when he printed it.I took my car to the European Collision Center in Downey. They are BMW certified and do good work.
I just bought a 2017 Mazda3 from Browning Mazda in Alhambra. Not only do I love my new car but the people are awesome too. They didn't have the car that I wanted so they found one 2 hours away. They gave me a ride to a restaurant and paid for my meal why they went and picked up my new car. Adam the salesman was so informative throughout the whole process. Great store great people. Thank you for all the help.
The review is for the service center only. Just like any other bmw service center, they are very good at getting you in and out quickly. What they are lacking is the follow up and notifying you when the car is ready for pickup. I will update the review on my next visit if they've improved.
Stay away from these people!!! I bought a used Chevy Volt from these guys in June 2016. It had no Nav, so the sales manager Gary Touzjian said go and buy one, have it installed, we'll pay for it and just email the receipts. I did it and emailed the receipts for a grand total of $350. Touzjian said I'll put in the paperwork and the money will be sent. It's now a couple of weeks before Christmas, no check, PLUS I still don't have the plates from the DMV. I called the head sales manager a Mr. Liddie, who took over from Touzjian and said "don't worry I'll get to the bottom of this"...that was 4 weeks ago...I've called countless times...left countless messages....folks...God is in the details! If I did this with my customers, I'd be out of business in weeks. The audacity of these people. No call backs EVER!. Might be time for Small Claims Court...so do yourselves a favor, stay away from these pricks. FG Los Angeles, CA. PS...If I was able to, I would give them a ZERO star rating!!!
I would never recomend buying a car from them. They burned me and will do the same to you. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, It is a 2014 Chev Spark EV and only had 900 miles on it. Before purchasing it I requested the sales man tony to inspect for damage inside and out, I also ask his manager to do the same. I purchased it without seeing it as I live in new york. I was assured by both people the car had no damage at all. I paid full sticker price of 16411 for it and was split registration and titling cost with the dealership. The dealership did not send me the plates with the car, the temp registration was not on the windshield of the car when it was delivered by the transport company. I called them and they said i would receive new plates from California, I called the dmv and they stated that the plates should have stayed with the car and that I would have to pay for registration again if I wanted plates from them. When the transporter picked up the car he noted the car as covered in dirt and that there was scratches and cuts in the paint. He could not see all the dents because of the dirt, so they were not marked. I cleaned it as soon as I got it home and found dents on the hood and roof. I also found the rear seat covered in nail polish, I took pictures and called tony and he told me that its a used car and that they were not there before he went on vacation, two days before the car was picked up. I asked why i wasn't told about any of the damage and he said it wasn't there, I talked to a sales manager by the name of Charles and he said they would not fix any of the problems because I purchased a used car. I said the damage was on the car when it was picked up and that they signed the transport paper work saying it was there. he said that it must have happened when it was in route. I said its right on the bill that it was like that when it was picked up. They do not clean cars before they are picked up so they can hide damage, and stick it on to the next guy.I also found that the air pump that is supposed to be in the trunk was not there. I would like that replaced as I can not use the tire sealant with out the pump that goes to it. This car has no spare tire from factory, and they give you a canister that screws onto the pump instead. but they only had half of the setup in the truck. I tried talking to the store manager Erik and have left messages, but he will not talk to me. This dealer will tell you to go pound sand down a rat hole. BEWARE
Don't ever buy a car here. Most dishonest people here. What you see as specials on website are not honored. Nader is horrible. Looks like he's homeless and a temper. He likes arguing with women and insulting them once deals off.
I had it on my mind to purchase a new car, so i gave Alhambra nissan a chance. From the moment I inquired over the internet for prices to the moment I was drove off with it off the lot, I got top of the line service. I was well taken care of by internet salesman Juan Castellon who is very up to date on his knowledge with all the cars, he also is very down to earth and knows were people are coming from, he'll leap the extra mile to provide excellent customer satisfaction. The lot is clean as well as their show room and are currently in the process to move across the street to a bigger lot were their showroom will more state of the art. I have had my previous car serviced for oil change here and there service is very quick and efficient, they don't waste your time at all. I also recommend Farid Alhamed he is a true gentleman and a class act. He sat with me and heard me out and responded to everything I wanted in the process of this deal.Overall it's great to be heard and to be treated like a family or friend, instead of like other places were they just swindle the customer in order to get rid of the car.
I brought my Kia Sedona, 2008 to Kia Alhambra for Recall's an mirrors and side doors, that weren't properly responding to the interior buttons or the key buttons. I received an estimate for $953.75 for three parts, which I prepaid per Alhambra's policy. A week later they wanted another $1,847.19 in parts. At this point nothing was repaired including the recalls. I had the Van towed to Kia of Glendale. Two boxes of parts were in the car.I had called Bruce Speer the Service Manger and received his personal attention when I arrived. Bruce had Edwin, Kia Glendale, top service tech, check out my Van. It took 10 minutes for Edwin to identify the problems and explain what parts were needed. I picked up my Van the next morning. Everything was repaired and the total cost was $579.73, which included a new battery.(Glendale re-installed the old (original) computer module and it worked properly...the overhead switch and light assy. had been damaged, when it was removed for diagnosis. A latch & Actuator assy. was paid for and never installed.)Bruce Speer, included at the bottom of the Kia Glendale invoice, a personal note that suggested that I return the parts, I paid for at Alhambra, that were not needed and receive refund . He also called the Alhambra Service Manager and left a message which was not returned. I called Naomi the Service Manager the next day, explained the situation and was advised that she would return my call "directly" after talking with Bruce. No call back received.I contacted Kia's Customer Service Dept. and "regional" and was completely blown off, to the point of almost being mocked. I have never had a customer service rep. call me "my friend".Small Claims is the only course I have. Thankfully, with the note, from Bruce, and another note from Edwin re: the unnecessary parts I paid for at Kia Alhambra, I hope to have a slam dunk.
Hello My experience with New Century BMW was horrible. I requested for a point inspection, Smog, windshield wiper change. About an hour later I called to ask the service rider about my smog because I didn’t see it noted on my ticket. Joe the service- rider informed “I’ll add it to the ticket”. And everything was fine with my car accept the front arm-bushings but he has to call the warrant company. I tried to give him my warrant agreement # so if anything wrong with the car he’d have that info but he didn’t take it. When he called me back with a price he forgot to talk to parts so he had to call me back again with a break- down because I kept asking and he didn’t know. When he finally had all his information together he called me back and I told him I’d have to come back to make an appointment. Joe told me “well I can’t do the smog or wipers for you because then I have to place another ticket order and I have too many customer….I would have thought during all this time my car was sitting there not getting any work done because he didn’t have the pricing for me he could have had the smog performed which was the main reason I dropped my car off.. Not to mention he told me I needed all kinds of other stuff done to my car. Fluids, and coolant…..The kicker is I just had my coolant replaced and serviced a month ago. At that time I know if this place was a rip off, dishonest and rude…..How are you going to tell me you have too many other customers…..TOO M ANY CUSTOMERS THAT FALL FOR THE UNNESSCARY REPAIRS TO THEIR VIHICLES?? TOO MAY PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING TO SPEND MORE MONEY THEN ME?? SORRY MY $100.00 SMOG AND WHIPER CHANGE WAS NOT WORTH SPENING TIME ON.
