Jiang's Mongolian Grill

Place looks nice, but here were my family's issues:
1. Salad Bar was a joke. Chopped iceberg lettuce, a few token veges and canned fruit, and the ranch dressing was completely out. Presentation was bad too. It really looked unappetizing how it was all laid out. Salad bar would look great if you like chopped iceberg lettuce and canned fruit.
2. I appreciate that they allow you to portion your own meats, but overall my meal was bland bland BLAND. Not enough sauce. Where is the rice? Lots of the noodles were completely out.
3. Bad Layout. Crowds at the door waiting to be seated made it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the salad bar and the "make your bowl" stations.
4. Undercooked food. I was the only one in our family to receive undercooked food, and mine was pork. It was still pink and cool, and was rubbery. Not good. NOT SAFE.
5. Really wish the restaurant had a comment card or a private email. I would much prefer to bring all this up privately.

Overall, none of us were satisfied with our visit. All of us felt that the salad bar was basically gross and unappealing. None of us felt our food was sufficiently seasoned.

Loved it! The salad bar doesn't have that much, but the meal itself is amazing! Load up, try multiple sauces at once, enjoy!

Do Not Go. My wife and I went there for dinner today 6/02/13. I told them up front that I wanted the never ending bowl. When I went to get my meal I was told what I could use for a bowl and what bI could have. When we complained to the mgr I was told that they had made a mistake. My wife and I had already had a salad. We decided no thank you and said we would just pay for what we had and we would leave. The mgr said that they would only charge us for 1 salad. This is from and open salad bar. They charged us $6.50 for letuce.

I will not send anyone to this restraunt and will tell every one I can how poorly we were treated.
