        Overall

        I manage several properties and this company was referred to me by another property management company that always uses them. We've been burned by other contractors in the past (lack of work, language barriers, $, punctuality) so we were VERY hesitant and extremely strict with USA Contractors at the beginning. I had about a dozen properties that needed some upgrades and repairs.

        Someone came onsite the same day and I had the estimates the next day. Even though some of the properties were "challenging", USA Contractors diligently did the work and left every property spotless. There were never any language barriers and they were very professional. We have used them several times since then and have always been extremely happy with their work. These are the guys I always call first and have recommended them to many others.

        No Customer Service

        I called this company and they promptly returned my call, promptly came to look at project to give estimate...three and 1/2 weeks later...NO ESTIMATE!!! Wow...they must be so good they don't need the business!
