BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, Every person I dealt with was professional, competent, accommodating, and very helpful and friendly. I was in the market for a purple Fit and Mariela, the Online sales representative was most accommodating. She looked everywhere and when it wasn't available, her manager ordered it for me. She never gave up. The finance and administrative departments were most efficient and pleasant. I will definitely buy another car from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. My main complaint is with their finance department. When I bought my Honda Civic back in 2000, I chose to finance it through Honda, as Honda was advertising at the time an extremely low interest rate, but the dealer never tried to get me a loan through Honda Finance (I found this out last month of this year (October, 2013), as I contacted Honda Finance to find out where my car title was -- I needed the title to give to the junkyard so that they would hall my car away - only to find out that Honda Finance had never heard of me. I got bounced back and forth between them and the dealership a few times before I figured out why.). The dealer had apparently chose to finance me himself so that he could charge me a much higher interest rate, and never told me that he was doing this. In fact, I never got any payment coupons from them either - just a bill for the entire amount, and an explanation that I was being charged 9 percent interest instead of the advertised extremely low interest rate. I had to get a loan through another bank to pay them off (my credit card interest rate at the time was was lower - that's how good my credit was - so I just sent them a balance transfer check). And, the dealer's financial department was very bad at returning telephone calls. And speaking of lazy, they forgot to tell me that the radio that comes with a Honda needs a numericial combination. If you disconnect the battery for any reason (such as to change a dead battery) then you need to enter the correct combination or else the radio will not function. I finally got the service department to part with the combination after I contacted them to complain that the radio no longer worked and I didn't know why. Yea, they finally parted with it, but it was a nuisance. Because of my bad experiences here and at other dealerships, I did not buy another car until my Honda finally died over a decade later, and I was tired of driving Zipcar; yes, I hated them that much. I don't even go to dealerships for scheduled maintenance or parts, because I do not trust them to do anything right. If I want to buy accessories for my car, I order them from the Internet and install them myself in order to insure that it is done right. And I will never ever finance through the dealer or the manufacturer again, so that I will not have to deal with their finance department.




I bought a used vehicle at this dealer. Before I bought it I asked the seller if the vehicle was ready to go and he said it was. He told me that the vehicle had inspection and emmision. I bought the vehicle and got my tags thru the dealer. A week later I received a letter from the DMV stating that the car needed emmison. I went back to the dealer and the seller was not aware that the car he sold did not have emmision. So I spoke to a manager. He was very rude. He told me that I had bought the car as is and that he was not going to fix it. I was upset and I told him that he better fix it because the seller did tell me that the car was ready to leave the lot. He acted like he didn't care. He then thought about it and told me that they would take care of it. SO RUDE... Finally, when I did take the car to get it's emmision it did not pass so they had to order some parts. I never got a phone call from anyone explaining the situation. So when I went to pick up the vehicle I was extremely upset. They never called me to let me know when the parts got in. I had to constantly keep calling them to find out info on the parts. When I took the car back(Saturday), I took it early in the morning. Later that afternoon close to closing time, I realized that again no one had called me. So I had to call them. They told me that the car needed some other part and that they needed to order them. They said the parts would arrive on Monday. NOPE, that did not happen. I was so angry again because they didn't even bother to call me to let me know. So I finally called on Tuesday to find out about the car because yet again they failed to inform me, and they told me that the car was not ready. They said that the parts would be in by Thursday. I had already missed 2 days of work because of their service and they expected me to miss more. At this point I'm just fed up. This dealer has the worst service. They don't care about their customers. They lack communication skills. They don't inform their customers. They sell cars that are not ready. The only good about this situation, is that instead of gaining from a sale ,the dealer lost on this sale. They are having to fix a vehicle for being liars. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer, nor will I recommend anyone. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER!!!
