They are more than willing to take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle what parts you will need and based on their experience with the particular problem very reliable recommendations. In my opinion the prices that you are quoted are upfront and the best you’re going to find. I wouldn’t recommend any other facility in NOVA period.

Emile treated my older Mercedes with the care that he would lavish on a brand new S-Class and worked hard to correctly diagnose and repair the issue, rather than throw parts at the car. I am from North Carolina and I was in Northern Virginia for an interview in July when my car ('94 Mercedes C220) developed a very strong vibration. I contacted Benz Elite and they were able to see my car the same day. When I brought my car in they immediately began diagnosing the problem. After driving the car twice to feel the vibration, they put my car on the lift and found that my front and rear flex disks needed to be replaced. They even brought me into the shop to show me what was causing the problem. Within 2 hours my car was repaired and I was back on the road. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Benz Elite and the quality of the work they did.
