I bought a DVD on Walmart website and accidentally picked this store for pick up. It is a new Disney dvd so it had the cardboard cover on it so I didn't notice if it was open or not. Well Christmas morning my kids open their gift from Santa and find that the movie was not in there. So I call to talk to them about this and as if now I have been on hold for 21 min n 34 sec's they finally answer and say that I can just being it back and was hung up on. Our actual conversation was 59 seconds long. I'm pretty sure that when I go to return it that I'll have pretty sure that it won't be as easy as just bring it back. This is just one of the many reasons why I try to avoid this store!
A lady named evon, in the cash center, really brought it out of me today. She had service pins for many years of service, but did not know how to perform her job correctly. She did not know what a skylight check was. It's a bank account that has no specific location. Skylight has an agreement with walmart to do banking service at any walmart location for free. While trying to cash my skylight check, evon treated me like a criminal. She was cursing the entire 30 minutes I was in line. Then refused to cash my check. I went to a manager, and she cashed my check at costumer service, no problem. I almost went crazy. Sam Walton is rolling around in his grave. I can't believe such trash works in the costumer service industry .
wont deliever ice for next day if you dont call early the day before. too busy.
The current staff is absurdly rude and incompetent. I would hate to have to visit this location again.
