They sell the more expensive packages without telling you that you will never actually be able to get into that bed since it is completely booked. I wasn't told I needed to schedule an appointment until my second visit, at which point they refused to refund my money. I even asked to just downgrade to a lower bed (bronze), and they can refund the partial, but they refused, even though it was the employee's mistake. Poor management and poor professionalism. I have never had an experience this bad at a business. I do not recommend.
