Worked with Don at different stages in my life. He prepared me for extreme physical agility test in my late 20's after recovering from Graves Disease. Now, after recovering from an accident, I am back with Don again. I would not trust anyone else to get me where I wanted to be in physical training. He knows physical strength training and is a professional. The clients are all very professional. This is the only place for great training in Central Louisiana.
