Not only do they have poor sloppy service but they treat thier employees horrible. Fire them then tell them they wont get paid! Definitely a place that will be turned into the BBB!!!!!!!
When I first came to this company for A headstone the service I got was okay. However, since I have been back this past month to complete my business the new manager Mr. Coutee has fixed the mistake that was made and compensated for it. I had been waiting for several months for my headstone to be delivered to the cemetery. I went in on the 3rd of December and on the 6th my headstone was in the cemetery set and completely fixed. I would recommend anyone to go see Mr Coutee at B&B because he had very professional manner and has been in the business for 15 years he's very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. The artwork on the headstone is the best I've ever seen. Thank you!
Our experience with B&B Memorial has been horrible. We requested assistance in finding a special memorial for our loved one and received some assistance from the office/sales manager, Ms. Sherri. She located some monuments that we liked and gave us quotes. We began discussing the addition of a vase or two and engraving options prior to her leaving her position. We learned she was no longer there when our messages were not being returned following weeks of attempting to contact someone to set up an appointment to make the purchase. When we did reach someone who worked there and an appointment was scheduled, we were told that they did not know where to obtain the monument quoted. We had inquired into the supplier’s name prior and were told that we could not have it. The only advice we could give this individual was to contact the main office or the supplier to see if it was available for special order. The employee stated that the only thing he could suggest was for us to go to another place to purchase a monument. We requested if there was a product book that could be browsed to see monument options and was told that the regional manager of the store was not interested in selling monuments and that we should go to a location in Oakdale (around an hour away) or to Greenwood memorial to make a purchase.
He came and laid the marble top and headstone on my Mother's grave and told me it was not level. So, what the genius did was take little plastic squares he called "shims" and put them on one side under the marble top because the headstone kept slideing. Now, 2 1/2 years later the marble top is getting stress fractures because he was too lazy to do things the right way the first time. I am told that other companies would have laid marter down on the one side to level it. Instead, he took the easy, cheapy, and lazy way out. Will definitely NEVER use them again!
