I went in and asked for a NES classic controller and they sold me the wrong controller. When I went back to exchange it, they acknowledged that it was their fault, but they were unable to provide me with the correct controller and they refused to refund my money. Their store policy is that you can only receive store credit for returns and boy do they live by that. I told them I would be happy to pay for the correct controller if they could order it, but they could not do that. According to their policy, if you buy something there, open the box, and the only thing inside is a half eaten Snicker bar, they will not give you a refund. You are taking a huge risk by shopping here. The funny thing is, they seem to have accepted that they are going to have bad customer service and have given up on trying to remedy anything. I have been unable to contact anyone in the corporate office at all and I have left multiple voicemails and sent an email. I have received no replies of any sort. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission, and as a resident of this city, I will do my best to make sure everyone I know does not have to go through this type of experience by telling them to stay away from Game Xchange.
