the worst customer service I have ever experienced - from the owner! He ruined my daughter's dress, could not fix it and would never return my calls. I left several messages over two weeks.
One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever had in my life. They promised 24 hour service for cleaning address, I wouldn't pick it up after 56 hours and they gave it to me damp. The dress was black with white accent pieces, the black faded onto the white in several places. Tried to call six times and left messages for the owner to contact meand he never returned my calls. It has been three weeks since we picked up the ruined dress and I have returned it to Craig's for the third time today to see if he can fix it, because he will not return my calls
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I took in my winter coat and my fiancé's 2 piece suit to be dry cleaned. They offered a 5% discount if you pre-paid, so I did thinking it would just make my pick-up time quicker. I was told everything would be ready by 2 pm the following day. I ran by the next day at 5 pm on my way to an event. The girl behind the counter was on the phone having computer issues and did not bother to even acknowledge I was there. Even when she got off the phone she continued trying to fix the computer. Finally I asked if I could just get my clothes since I had pre-paid. She started looking for them and couldn't find them so she called their main location (Elliott street). By this time I have been there for 25 min. Once she gets on the phone with the main location they begin discussing their computer issues for over 5 minutes so I just left (again, I was in a hurry in the first place) thinking that I would just come back in a few days and they should surely have my clothes back to that location by then. I went back 1 week after my original drop-off only to be told yet again that they still didn't have them. She called the main location YET AGAIN only to be told that they didn't have them either and that the owner would be contacting me by the end of the day and that I would receive my money back for the DRY CLEANING only (they would NOT reimburse for the articles of clothing they had lost). I never received that call. I called again the following day asking to speak with the owner and was told he was unavailable and would give me a call back by the end of the day and never heard from him then either. I called back the NEXT day and was told the same thing. Finally someone else called to tell me that my clothes were ready for pick-up. No apology or explanation was given on where my clothes had been for a week and a half nor was there any mention of any sort of discount since they had misplaced them for so long. I will NEVER use them again!!!!!!
absolutely the best laundry mat in town! Love the owners, very honest and loyal to the customers.

Very good Landry ,, best dryer in town , excellent washer machine , especially after the new manager take over , it's worth to drive down there
