Pricare PA

Very rude and unprofessional office staff. They billed my insurance for a urine analysis that was never done and blew it off like it was nothing when questioned. I was told to follow up with an issue with my health and when I did they didn't remember and they wanted to do a whole new visit. I am definitely finding a new doctor. They also billed my insurance for me sitting 45 minutes in a room waiting on them only to see a nurse practitioner 5 minutes.

By far the worst place to go EVER. Rude staff and most of the time you're seeing NPs and not the actual doctor. Not worth it.

My experience at PriCare was horrible! It started with the less than 2 minutes that Dr. James took to consult with me as a NEW patient! It ended with the nurses lying about a prescription being sent in after 2 days of waiting for a new directive about changes in medications. You can't keep prescribing medicine without so much as a first examination or talking with your patient!!! The only thing I can say that was good was that I got a quick appointment after I said I had been referred by the emergency room.

Dr. James at PriCare was able to see me immediately. He was able to treat my injury, make sure infection would not set in, and filed my insurance. I have heard that people will drive from other nearby towns to have Dr James and PriCare as a Primary Care Doctor. I completely understand and want to say thank you to the staff, the nurses, and Dr. James

The Staff was wonderful and so concerned and helpful to me. They really care for you and your needs. Best office staff i have seen in a while. SO NICE. The doctors listened to everything that i had a concern for and helped me so much.
