My children see Dr. Ferguson. I have never had a doctor pay such close attention to them. He is awesome. My son had his leg lanced years ago and DR. Ferguson personally called to check on him, which is rare. He always spends time talking to them and I love it. He's the greatest and I wouldn't trust my children in the hands of anyone else.
ETMG I don't have a problem with. Its the after hours Care Today Clinic that's a friggin joke. I went there 2.5 years ago with gallbladder symptoms and the crack head working in the clinic thought I was having a stroke. Then I went there yesterday and saw a Victoria McCarter MA and she tried telling me my head cold/chest congestion that was kicking my butt was just allergies then tried to prescribe me flo-nase even though I tried telling her I was already on an allergy pill. So I tore up the RX and tossed it. What a waste of time and money! The only reason I go to this clinic is because they're in network and my actual dr is there but the MA and other interns in the clinic are friggin morons so I'm going to be shopping around for a real health clinic and not a waste of time and money. And that's not even mentioning the unfriendly and unprofessional manner of the women working at the Registration desk and the nurses who took my vitals. What a waste of my money! Never again!!
My husband and kids see Dr.atchley and NP summer Robinson they are great but I do have to agree with other reviews that the after hours clinic can be pretty bad at times there are a couple of NPS that know what they are talking about but the others blame allergies for everything. I mean everything!
I have no use for the after hours clinic, my wife and me have a under age daughter and they wouldn`t let my wife have her prescription and I`m on oxygen and poor health and it hurts me to walk far I had to walk in there and raise much hell to get her prescription. We wouldn`t take a sick dog there and we had come there for several years and don`t plan to go back because they are pretty sorry because of the way they treat people.....
My husband and I have been going to ETMG for 6 years. I haven't seen the doctors listed in the negative reviews but Our PCP Dr Ferguson is absolutely the best doctor ever. He runs a little late at times but I would wait on him all day because he is so thorough and caring. Also Dr. Scheib and Scott are great as well and all the staff we have come in contact with. Sorry others have not had our experience but we have nothing but good things to say about our experience at ETMG!
My husband is a patient of Dr. RODGER GADDIS, I have never been treated so bad in all my life by a doctor and their staff . We have made several attempts to see hom but were given a NP and she was awful . She yelled at me fir helping my husband remember things cause he has brain damage. I am actively looking for a new , good , caring , kind doctor and staff .
The absolute WORST
All the people scheduling are absolute BITCHES and don't have a bit empathy for anyone or anything!!!! The doctors are the same. This place should close down and go away. A woman by the name of "Kat" has the personality of a TURD and I am being nice something she would not know anything about!
I brought my 7 month old daugter in on a Sunday. She had been extremely fussy & tugging at her ears for over 24 hours. The nurse that she saw took his time. & let me explain. The doctor came in & tried to look in her ears, but she was hesitant, & really didn't let him have a good look. He said she was fine. & to bring her back if she was fussier than normal. (Which was one reason why I brought her in the first place). So come Tuesday, she was still extremely irritable & tugging at her ears. So I took her to her pediatrician. She was diagnosed with hand, foot, & mouth disease. Her doctor stated that had the doctor she saw Saturday taken time with her, he would have noticed the ulcers in her throat. Awful experience. We won't be back.
