Disrespected & disgusted.... my first and last time coming to this place. Black lady enters this establishment looking for a product that I was told that might be there, asked and answered with a NO, followed by “ and we only sale to licensed cosmetologist!” After a few subliminal rhetoric, she finally asked me, “R u a licensed, bc we can only sale to them” I thought to myself... well duhhh, that’s obvious, but do u ask or make this point to all ur customers or just ethnic people? The greeting was one of the most insulting statements I’d ever experienced. I reply a quick, “NO” and turn away but my first reaction was to just leave but my gut said to stick around and see how the next customer would be treated, surely a white lady come inside in and..... crickets, nothing but a friendly welcome and warm smile..... fueling hot at the audacity/behavior I received here I decided to be the better person and walked out.... now I did call the store after leaving, a lady named Cindy answered, I exclaimed my issues and how I felt about it under no uncertain terms, but all I heard was,”it wasn’t me I was n the back, it had to be Melinda, but we ask all our customers that, we must had known the other customer, I’m sorry ur angry, I’m sorry u feel that way, etc.etc...”, be aware if u ever think about going there... remember I told u, it’s different vibes and it’s transparently clear.
