This experienced was excellent. My car was ready. I was offered a free upgrades. The car performed well and was clean. Upon returning the rental car I was asked what they could have done better. I felt my they appreciated me as a customer.
The customer service was great and very friendly, The vehicle was a new model and was very clean, I will use them again!!!
This is the only rental company I will rent from in Knoxville, TN. Might I add, there are at least 4 rental companies (2 of which are Enterprise) between my house and the airport, however the customer services is always top notch. Most of the time, I end up dealing with Dustin at the National Car Rental booth due to the hours I stop in; and he always greets with a smile and friendly conversation. All of the evening shift members are very friendly, courteous, and respect as well. I will say they truly aim to please and always willing to accommodate whenever I stop in to rent.I can even recall where I had to rent a car in the morning and had a terrible customer experience ALL the way around (poor customer service, having to wait 30+ minutes to rent the same SUV that was sitting right in front of me, etc.). Later that afternoon when I returned the car, I informed Dustin of the encounter that morning, and without question he immediately fixed the problem and assured me it should never happen again.All things considered, it is quite the hike out there to the airport just to rent a car, leave my car, pay for airport parking, etc. however the customer service and respect I receive at the National Car Rental booth is second to none I've ever experienced. I will continue value their services and products because they have proven they value my business.
When scheduled for pickup of car, it still was not ready for me. When I did get the car, it had a 'strong' smell of smoke. I find this unacceptable and even after the rental agreement says no smoking in car. Happy with car, but not the service at the Alcoa, TN office.
Great rate, but beware, book your reservation at least 4 hours before you need to pick up your car, otherwise you don't get the rate quoted online!
ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE.! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE STAFF ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL!
Avoid like the plague! I don't care what Brian said. Check Twitter #paylesscar and you'll see a whole wave of customer complaints. Main issue is they just keep charging you more and more and there's no way to stop the bleeding. What starts as a $200 rental ends up over a $1000. I've filed complaints with BBB, attorney general's office and VISA fraud department.
Very nice agents at counter. Good price. Some cars r older and have some stains and scratches but that's why they are less expensive. Ask for upgrades and they will give you a great deal, cheaper than reservation price.
I've been renting cars from the Enterprise on Alcoa highway for quite some time now and Every experience was wonderful! Everyone on staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure I was Happy and Comfortable with my rental experience. These guys and gals Deserve Five Stars all the way!!! *****
My family & I were on vacation in Gatlinburg when our car started having mechanical issues. We had to leave it overnight with a mechanic & get a rental while we waited on the repairs. The staff at Enterprise in Alcoa were so kind & understanding of our situation. They made the rental process quick & easy. They went out of their way to accomodate our car-load of kids, carseats, luggage, & coolers. We were already under a great deal of stress with out car breaking down hundreds of miles from home on our first day of vacation, so it was wonderful to be greeted by such friendly, helpful people when we came to Enterprise. Thanks to all of the great staff!
