Funny how the assistant manager matt tried to make up his own return policies. Very unprofessional of him till I called the corporate office to verify his policy. I was told his policy was not the company policy. When a customer has ten or more online orders because she lives two hours away from a local store. She's bound to return some of the items. The size chart is so off so the customer has to guess their size. Matt you are just a worker at whbm remember that.the customer is usually always right.
The clothes are the absolute best. They fit great and last! Though, the customer service at this particular location is the WORST I have received. I have shopped here for years, now that they are under new management it's gone down hill, and fast. If you are needing of wanting to shop with this company at this location I highly reccomend you do so online.
