Terrible practice! Broke confidentiality and reported false information. Cost me dearly. Clinical Director violated HIPPA and told me to pursue legal recourse... They actually made me worse...
If you read these reviews, or maybe you ignore them? Wouldn't you solve the problem? Get a receptionist or some system within for phone backup? Or maybe none of you need your jobs? Hmmmm? Interesting.
I hate having to deal with this office...no one ever answers their phones or calls back when you leave messages no matter how many messages you leave even if it's an emergency. So if you can't drive down to the office and wait 2 hours you will never get your questions answered or the help you need. This is a horrible place to deal with.
Every time I go down to this business I am stuck there with others for over two hours. I've heard the old saying "Nothing's slower than a bureaucracy" But this is ridiculous!
As expected from a government agency, no service. Does anyone really work at this office? I had to listen to the awful pre-recorded message for 15 minutes.
Awful!! No one and I mean NO ONE answers their phones.. I have left message after message for a very urgent issue and have received ZERO phone calls in return.. Thank you sooo much.. This office is VERY unreliable, unorganized, and unresponsive!! They need to develop a front desk position to help people who can not make it down to the office and who need phone assistance!!
