I had asked, the owner Joseph, of Priced Rite, about 7yrs years ago, to drain my waterbed, as I bought my waveless mattress, from him. At that time, he didn't ask to use my equipment to do the drain. Two days ago, on Sept 18th of 17, I asked him to drain my waterbed, again, as I had filtered water to put into it. He came alone, immediately wanting to see my drain and fill equipment. He insisted using my 40yr old, drain attachment. Well, he walked out with it, still attached to his pump hose, denying any part of our conversation. I was with him the whole hour, as I saw him insert my attachment into the drain hole, securing it, as I had done, many times myself, for years. I was with him, alot, seeing my old attachent used and adjusted, so we could get all the water drained. At the end, I briefly stepped away, then realized, after hearing the sucking sound and pop, of him pulling out my attachment, he left rather abruptly, to take it all, back to his vehicle, with my equipment attached. I only realized, a hour later, when putting away my other equipment, after refilling the bed, with a different, clean, fill attachment and hose, that he never gave my old, solid one, back to me. He had to have noticed and must have coveted the older, solid nozzle, as they don't make them anymore. The customer is not always right with him. I thought the situation may have been inadvertant, to be fair, but a few, other, small things occurred, that confirmed it. He had a distorted memory of that hour, he was here.
