My kids have been involved with Springstone for about 6 years now. My eldest, who is now a 3rd grader, started at Springstone Paradise when she was almost 2. She had never been in a center before and they made her feel welcome. She really enjoyed and learned so much in the 4 years she was there. She learned her alphabet and how to write her name and so much more. She learned how to be social and was prepared for kindergarten when she graduated. My youngest is still attending Springstone Paradise and has had a great experience as well. She hates to miss school. She has a food allergy and they are very cautious of that. It’s very reassuring as a parent to know that my child is well taken care of especially when they have a food allergy. I am so appreciative of the care that my children have gotten while attending Springstone Paradise. You can really see and feel the love and attention that the teachers and administration show the children they are caring for.
i wish i could give 0 stars. so after a week of my 10 months old going to this place .they said they they could no longer care for him because he kept crying mind u after a week! they have no business running a daycare if they cant care for a crying teething infant,i got a letter with no notice i had to miss work the next day how unprofessional at least a notice would have been ok. but they did me a favor they change the babies and even toddlers on the same small counter they prepare baby food and formula how gross! i thought childcare centers were supposed to be trained to deal with crying babies but that is what i get for going to a 2 star center that should get a 0 star rating.on top of that they dont ask for shot records so babies could get sick from god knows what .BEWARE! I AM APPLAUD BUT HAPPY AND RELIEVED MY CHILDREN NO LONGER GOES THERE I PULLED MY OLDER CHILD OUT TOO AFTER THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM.
Horrible! I had 3 children going there. They forgot my children at school one day and also left my 2 year old with the same diaper all day. I know this because I had different diapers for her at home as she had at the daycare. She was there 8 hours with not one diaper change! They told me that I was wrong and that would never happen. They also lost a pack of diapers I sent. My son was kicked in his privates there and they told me "the child who kicked your son has anger issues" . The staff and more importantly the management there is horrible. They don't communicate with each other or with the parents. Just there to be paid. When I picked up my children the staff was always standing around never engaging with the children. Look elsewhere if your thinking of placing your child here!
I think this day care is understaffed. I noticed most of the time no one is at the front desk. It is left unsecure where anyone can just walk in and out. I had my infant attend this day care for two months before I switched and I wish I would've done it sooner. My biggest complaints were the constant diaper rash, no communication with me or among staff, and a cranky baby. The director give you a tour and explains the day-to-day regimen but the building is old and most of the items (ie, gear, equipment, toys, etc.) need updating. The one and only positive I saw were fresh cooked meals but I had an infant who was still on milk only. Aside from that, the director said I would be getting daily sheets on my baby's activity and that she could be flexible and work with my difficult work schedule. Both were lies. The director only allowed my child to attend on certain days because she explained that she didn't have enough space. However a few weeks later there was a new kid in the class full-time. When I brought this up she looked at me confused and explained it was my fault because that's what I asked for. Untrue. I never got daily activity sheets on my baby like she mentioned during the tour. The girls that watched over my child never talked to each other. If I had told the girl in the morning that my kid just had shots, didn't sleep well or anything, the afternoon girl would complain or tell me things that I had warned the morning girl about. It was also annoying that they expected me to provide wipes/ointment that they share in class but my baby was constantly coming home with a rash and no indication of cream to treat it. Of course I was not told about it by the staff either. It got so bad that my child's diaper rash caused a blister. A few times, I picked up my baby early without notice, where he was in a bouncer in front of the tv. There were a ton of other kids which appeared that they supplemented television for care. I can understand some tv but I believe they had it on all day as my baby would be extremely cranky/fussy like he had been overstimulated all day. At this day care they wash clothes, which is nice until you end up with other kid's clothes. I understand that they wanted to keep the center clean but it was always disorganized and the girls were constantly apologizing to parents for mix-ups with clothes, bottles or blankets.Overall, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with my child's care at this center. They lacked communication where I never knew what was going on with my child. There was no organization with the children's items and the children themselves such as scheduled nap times/play times/ etc. The director seems overworked and clueless where she makes promises but forgets. I'm sure in their personal lives they are good people, but this was not the place for me and my baby.
This is rated 5 Stars not sure why it says less. It's the only one with 5 stars that is open 7 days a week. I love it here and so does my son. Everyone here really cares. Love love love it!
The staff and management are poor communicators, leaving huge gaps in information that, as a new transplant to the area searching for childcare for my two children, proved very frustrating. There are a number of hidden fees in addition to the regular tuition (you have to purchase a mat from them for naps and pay for the front entry key pad...huh?) and they still ask for parents' social security numbers. Who does that anymore? I have a PhD in educational leadership so I know what good ed leadership looks like. Southwest isn't it. I'm thankful I found better arrangements for my children. Agree wholeheartedly with the reviewer who stated they have "poor dispute resolution techniques." They do not like it when customers disagree with them and do not engage in dialogue regarding misunderstandings or miscommunications.
This is the WORST company I have EVER worked for! Absolutely the most disorganized, and unprofessional environment. I would NOT recommend working here, nor placing your loved one in their care.
never take your child here my child was touch and no one did a thing
My son has been going to this center since he was 2 yrs old and yesterday was his last day I love this school and the teachers who have help my son with behavioral issues. Always kind and patient with him never putting him down so I would like to say thank you so much Ms Rose Ms Winnie Ms Donna and Ms ATerry Jaden will miss you all so much and I thank you with all my heart. Liz
My boys were repeatedly picked on during their stay there. One of the most telling thing is how one of the instructors would basically make fun of my oldest's decision to not eat meat. They would suspend children for what a child psychologist would call typical behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, I had to take my son to urgent care after shoving a stone up his nostril. It seems that there was little supervision in this place.
