I called Thia with a quirky request to incorporate a Broncos ball cap, a bottle of orange juice and post-it notes into an arrangement. As usual, she did not disappoint. The person who received them LOVED it and I was thrilled with how it came out. I've used Silver Springs for flowers since 2002 because her arrangements are unique, the flowers last a long time, and the service is always great. Great local business and owner.
Wonderful! Ordered online for flowers to be sent to friend, never spoke to florist staff. They really delivered! Arrangement is exactly like online photo. Flowers arrived early on scheduled day. Absolute perfection.

Voted the best florist for a reason! I'm so glad I found People's! Finally, a florist that can serve my needs. I ordered flowers online from their website and they were able to get my order out same day - and it was gorgeous!! They have multiple locations in ABQ, so no matter where you live, there is a fully stocked shop around the corner. My girlfriend loves flowers, so I will be using Peoples Flowers for now on.
I recently used Silver Springs Floral and Gift to send flowers to my sister and my mom. I was unsure of what sort of arrangements I wanted to send so I called and talked with a girl there. She was so helpful and polite. She was able to make suggestions that fit what I was hoping to send. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and they were absolutely beautiful. Both my mom and sister called me up overjoyed at how much they enjoyed them. I will definately use Silver Springs for all of my flower needs.
I am very disappointed with what happened with my wedding. The time that we agreed upon, stated in the wedding estimate details, said that the flowers would be delivered at 2PM. They did not get delivered until 4PM, when the ceremony was supposed to start. We were actually waiting on the flowers to start the ceremony. So you can understand how much anxiety this caused me. As we were walking through the reception room, before the ceremony started and before I received the bouquets, I noticed that every single hydrangea flower that was on the table in vases of water was severely wilted, so much so that they just drooped over the vases. This was not what I wanted, nor what I hope that you would like to have happened either. When we got to the bouquets, I noticed that all of them were wilted, but especially mine. The hydrangeas in my bouquet were turning brown. Three roses fell off of their stems during the pictures immediately following the ceremony.I realize that hydrangeas are delicate flowers, and it was hot that day, but I expected the flowers to look decent when they were first delivered. So not only were they 2 hours late, the flowers looked like they had been sitting in a hot truck for the 2 hours that they were late. After all of this, Christine sent me a note saying that she would like to give me a free bouquet as an apology. In my honest opinion, getting a free bouquet would not fix the problem at all. (This is the letter that I sent to her regarding the flowers. No response)This was a huge waste of $1000.
BUYER BE AWARE! Have used them a number of times. My husband has purchased flowers numerous times.Well all I can say is that they have ruined Valentines Day for me twice 2012 and 2013. The flowers never came both times When my husband drove down there on valentines day they gave him 2 roses (to try to make up for their mistake) they then told him they would be delivering my flowers first thing the morning after (15th) Much to my surprise at noon they had still not been delivered. I called to try to get the matter handled with the flower shop but they treated me like it was my fault that They had in their system sw and se for the directions they just delivered flowers to me in december for my anniversary (so they had the correct one as they have delivered numerous times since 2009) Sadly they have lost a great customer all over the way their customer service was toward me. I love their arrangements but I cannot agree to allow them to continue to miss special holidays for me. Very disappointed and frustrated customer.
