Such a joy to visit Great Harvest--amazing sandwiches are served quickly with many healthy choices offered :)
It's definitely a Walmart. Shopped here today and it was busy and crowded. Got it & got out somewhat quickly. The stores layout is good with a nice flow to it. Out of all the associates in there, not one of them greeted us for the 30 mins we shopped. Some better than usual deals & selection available. Customer service is non-existent, but we got what we needed.
Very poor service. Employees weren't ready to service customers on 6 March at 10:00am when they are suppose to be open at 7:00am. My wife and I arrived at 10:05am. We ordered a hot sandwich and they informed us that they couldn't service hot sandwiches because the lady that is suppose to turn on the pannini machine arrived at 9:00am and the machine had just been turned on and it would take an hour to heat up the grill. Not only did the person in charge of the pannini grill didn't do her job turning it on upon arriving. But the other employee who arrived early who knew that it takes an hour to get the grill hot didn't take the initiative to turn it on. Based on their attitudes I don't think they were the owners. I'm writing this review so that the owners are aware of how their business being ran.
My husband and daughter worked for this bakery while the owner boyfriend was n jail. They washed dishes because she had stacks an stacks an no dishwasher. An she still hasn't paid them going on 6months an avoids them an then lies n promises to mail a check. So not only is her kitchen unsanitary she believes in free labor.
Not very friendly to work with over the phone. Called for basic estimate for Chantilly cake and was immediately cut off when I told them when I needed the cake by.
Very disappointed in the lack of community support this bakery extends to the non-profits in the local area. They could make such a great name for the establishment with just a LITTLE generosity. Alas, "all take" from the community "and no give" just doesn't speak well of corporate management!WOULD LEAVE "NO" STARS, BUT THAT IS APPARENTLY NOT AN OPTION!
Horrible, soggy baguette - Not fresh. They didn't even know what one was. I had to explain. That was my cue to walk out but like a fool I gave them a chance. Never again.
the desserts featured classic combinations of flavors
Great cakes and not-too-sweet icing. I've had their cakes again and again... and never disappointed - would give 5-stars but the prices are a little steep.
Awful and disgusting they ruined my sons first birthday cake which was supposed to be a special day for him and our family and friends I went off reviews on their website and his cake was harder then a rock I honestly could of made a better cake out of a box not to mention the cake was 90$ and not the colors I picked which was stated in emails to the owner they offered me a gift card of 45$ but that can never replace my sons gross rock hard cake and what makes them think I ever want To go back save your money and go to a grocery store or Walmart caked cupcake boutique is a shame and disgrace to call themselves a bakery
