RE: Frank G........After awaiting the results of a Better Business Bureau inquiry into the claims made by Mr. Gomez, Good Sense RV & Motors feels this would be the appropriate time to comment on why a "no fault" finding was reached by the Better Business Bureau...... Good Sense RV & Motors stands by its service and inventory. We work to earn and retain every customer, every day since we opened our doors. To do this, we guarantee the appliances and plumbing in our used RV inventory is in good working order when our customers take delivery. Moreover, as Good Sense does with its customers, Joe performed an orientation demonstration with Mr. Gomez on his purchased RV to show him how the systems worked and were in good working order....this included the slide out system. With the purchase of any used vehicle or RV, wear and tear from previous use may cause--at any time-- some components to simply give out from that wear and tear........ In the case of Mr. Gomez, he mistakenly understood and insisted that the Good Sense guarantee applied to every moving part of his used RV. The Good Sense Staff as well as the dealership owner attempted in good faith to explain that a snapped cable operating the slide out was not covered by the Good Sense Guarantee.......... We regret that Mr. Gomez refused to recognize the fact that the slide out on his RV was operational when he took delivery and well into the first month of delivery. We further regret that this has led him to post a review inconsistent with the facts of his purchase experience.
Apparently the hand shake DOES NOT mean anything except I got another sucker... After buying a RV less than a month ago I was told that we had a 30 day guaranty that every thing worked... The first time we take it out for a real camping trip one of the cables in the main slides snapped... Just talked to Joe at Good Sence RV and was told the owner said "sounds like bad luck..." would not even talk to be about it... would never recommend them to anyone.
While my RV was still under warranty I took it to Aloha 4 times and never got all the issures resolved before the warranty ran out. Its like they have never worked on campers before. To make it worse, they left most jobs half done and I had to finish the work myself. I will never recommend buying or servicing an RV at Aloha. Shameful.
We've been doing business with Myers RV for 20+ years. Still coming here. I guess that says it all!
We had an emergency situation and Brian bent over backwards to get our coach scheduled and take care of the problem as quickly as possible. It was a great experience!
Everyone at Myers appears to enjoy their work. That is not always the case in other businesses. Pleasant environment!
Service department has exceeded my expectations. Their team sets the bar for customer service. We made a good choice coming to Myers RV!
I often recommend Myers to travelers we meet. I carry their cards to give out. Brian and Scott have always taken great care of us.
