National is good, as long as you don't leave something in the car. They rarely answer the phone for lost and found, and when they do (after you've tried a dozen times, going through the whole lengthy verbal instructions and are frustrated), they are short and put you on hold to, I guess, show you who is boss. And, then just hang up on you.

I have rented from this organization for a long time, recently I upgraded to a standard SUV and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was given a smaller vehicle and was told all the larger SUV's were already reserved.When I spoke to the person at the counter weeks prior by phone I was told my vehicle was reserved.
Very convenient location for me. Much better than having to go to the airport. Nice that they pick you up and drop you off, too! Staff is very pleasant and professional.
Tripled my rates bc I booked ONLINE and had to extend due to a personal car problems. They acted and treated my funds like it was a 3rd party when it is THEIR COMPANY! Then, I needed gas as I ran out and I PAID CASH to the man on the spot! They informed me two weeks later, bounced my small debit card and charged me a fuel delivery fee. This is the worst car rental company you can possibly use. Do yourself a favor, get a secured credit card (people only use Avis and budget because they cater to debit card holders) and rent from oh.....ANYBODY ELSE! Picking up a car here? They have ONE only ONE employee, her name is Cindy, they work her so hard she doesn't even get to take lunch and I should know, as I picked up several cars, AT LUNCH. She was trying to get relieved with a line of 7-10 people! 4-5 computers and a prepay machine sitting there UNUSED! This is why the world is in such trouble, companies like yours! Thanks for the 3 gallons of gas that cost me almost $100!

Called 3 times to have rental agreement extended was told 3 times that it has been extended but yet they continue to take $100 a day out of my bank account they took out more then what the whole rental cost. Call down there very hard to understand Punjabi I think I'm going to return this car in Epic fashion. Hahahahaha
Very fast check in, even with the vehicle being upgraded. Quickly greeted by the person at the cars and given a choice of the few vehicles available. Though I wasn't shown how to do any of the features on the car (headlights, trunk release, where to put the gas in, how the cruise control works on this particular vehicle, etc) I figured them out luckily, except for the cruise for some reason. Showing, or at least asking if I needed to be shown would have been very helpful. All cars seem to be different. But that being said, my experience was great and will have no problem renting from Enterprise again.
I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Montgomery. This location historically had a myriad of problems but the Blake, the manager, has really reorganized and re-energized. What a fine representative of Enterprise he is. And Lacy is always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I travel quite a bit and I really look forward to seeing the folks when I pick up my car. I highly recommend them as your first choice for car rental.
