Were a local business here in Albuquerque years prior we've been getting our mail at reasonable time. Now we don't get our mail delivered or Sometimes its very late. I believe my constant complaining the Manager at our branch is doing this deliberately .
I had my mom send me an emergancy package on the 15th from cali it arrived.to abq on time but then they said it was undeliverable and they turned around and sent it to jamaica NY they said it has to go thru a checking station ..wth is that?''''!!!! Made no sense. how hard is it to send a package from po to mailing address we have a bunch of retards working for us? My grandma mailed me money so i could see her b4 she passes away. Goes to show you how much control the government has.
I have repeated problems with the same thing of my mail not being delivered and problems with sending anything out. I drop things at the post office and no matter how much postage I put on my mail I get a return to sender for lack of postage wasting my momey over and over again THIS IS NOT RIGHT when I have to spend 20+ dollars to send something to my sister across town.
I'm from Laredo, TX, and I just want to thank Sean for his commendable effort in helping trying to locate my packet. I got the utmost and most courteous response from him. The people in Albuquerque who deal with the North Valley Post Office will greatly benefit from his performance there. He is an exceptional asset to your post office. Thank you Sean, for your help!!!!
USPS sucks! I met the mailmen wednesday; they were late, checked my box, and asked them, "is this all I get." that's it, boss, one replied. Then I find a notice for registered mail in my box later that evening. I thought they just put the notices in the box, and I had to go to the Post Office to pick it up; after all, they never attempt to deliver these. (why they have them on their truck is beyond me). ok, so the next day is July 4th, so I go to the P.O. on the 5th, and they haven't a clue where my parcel is. The supervisor tells me he bets it on the mail truck, so I spend 2 1/2 hrs. waiting for the truck, instead of going to the grocery store, etc. Finally, the mailman arrives, and he doesn't have it. A wasted afternoon, and nothing to show for it. thanks, USPS; makes me wonder why this company is going broke!
We have had a repeated problem of our mail not being delivered, as well as having our mail delivered to the wrong apartment. We also had a package left on our doorstep right out in the open where anyone could have grabbed it. When we went to the post office to try to complain and to find out what was happening to our mail were ignored and the associates wouldn't let us talk to a supervisor. If I could use another post office I would.
I am not pleased at all with the service that is provided to the people in our neighborhood. We get our mail at all odd hours of the day and for the second time in one month we have not had any service at all. Yesterday May 21 was the second time the mailman did not even come to our street. Everyone had mail needing to go out and we had to bring it in overnight only to put it out again in the morning. We had dated material needing to go out but that didn't happen. Very disappointed with this system.
